Terrible service. Ordered a blind and told it would take 3-4 weeks from order date. After 5 weeks still no blind. 8 phone calls later after being constantly lied to I was given a date for fitting. Date came and I received at 4.30pm to say blind hadn’t been delivered. Told they are too busy to chase orders. I fully support local businesses but Concept are a terrible company to deal with.

Terrible, after spending time explaining what i wanted. They still get it wrong after waiting over 3 weeks for it, and of course its all my fault. Paid £105 quid for something thats useless. Not interested in refunding….as always. Don’t use if possible also very expensive

We have recently had downstairs flooring and three bedroom carpets ordered and fitted by Concept Interiors and are very pleased with the results. The staff are friendly, reliable and professional. We found the prices to be very reasonable and the flooring top quality, you won't be ripped off. Thanks again.

Came and fitted blinds and they were falling down within 2 hrs.Called them and they came back out and refitted them but within 24 hrs they were coming down again.
First time only screwed them into plaster and second time hit the lintel above window and didn't drill any further.I ended up fitting them properly,awful service will never use again.

Concept are absolutely fantastic. Had pretty much the whole house re carpeted by concept now and the quality is superb. First time we used them was from a recommendation after having 3 expensive quotes elsewhere. Concept came in at a third of the price including underlay and fitting and we've been using them ever since. Would highly recommend

New blinds fitted. Concept measured, made and fitted them, all we had to do was pick the material and style from their huge range. As always, first class job done, thankyou!
