My experience with Comfort Housing is 100% positive. When I as a foreigner first needed a place to stay in Denmark they came up with the perfect apartment. I directly rented the first place.
The service was always quick and easy. Getting back fast and finding appropriate solutions.
Now I´m in the 2nd apartment. Again with Comfort Housing... and I´m very happy.

We were very happy with the process, the support for contract, and the house was rented out 1.1.2025.

I called to have a viewing in one of their flats available in my budget and requirements, the lady on the phone told me it was available and that I had to give her some information about me on the phone...

I did and as soon as I said that I was 28 years old and Italian, she immediately changed her story and told me that the flat was not available. What?

I don't know if it's xenophobia or something else, but the seriousness of this agency baffles me.

Apart from the fact that they never replied to even one of my visit requests via BoligPortal.

I have been very satisfied with Comfort Housing, they are professional, helpful and responsive. It is the first time that I truly have a good experience with a rental agency. Pernille O. has been particularly great!
