there apartments are the best. Clean,New, they give presents every month or so, and the people in Pierre is soo... kind.

We recently encountered an issue with using the charging station for our vehicle, which resulted in an unexpected fine. From the moment we reached out to PIERRE EJENDOMME, the support we received was nothing short of exceptional.

Jeppe Vestergaard, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us. He promptly investigated the issue, clarified the situation with Q-park, and even ensured that the fine was covered since we weren’t informed of the permit requirement when we moved in. Jeppe also created a parking permit for our car on the spot, ensuring that this wouldn’t happen again in the future.

What impressed us most was the professionalism, empathy, and quick action taken to resolve our concern. It’s clear that PIERRE EJENDOMME values their residents and strives to make living in their apartments as comfortable as possible.

Moving in one of the Pierre Ejendomme properties made me understand why all the poeple I asked gave so good refference. Everything from moving in and moving out was smooth and easy. Everytime I needed help or had an urgency was solved imediately- no matter the day or time! I felt ver welcome in the building since day 1, got a goodie back, flowers sent to me and noticed that there is actually a good community in the building supported by the landlord. Many activities are sponsored by the company when it comes to food or drinks and I have not heard anything such so far. I was very happy to live here and if I will ever be back in Kolding, there is no doubt from which company I will search my apartments. I had other experiences in Kolding that was very dissapointing so for sure they can learn something from this company.

After two really disappointing experiences in Kolding with our real estates, I came across to an extraordinary customer centric team. I moved recently in their White House property from Haderslevvej and all I can say is that I wish I could found them earlier.

Everyone is so nice, helpful and making sure that all is in optimal condition.

Got even a welcome gift with some really nice products and today one month later even got some really nice flowers.

They definitely make all so that everyone feel welcome because it is obviously from how happy are my neighbors and the things they say that this is daily business at Pierre ejendomme.
