When was discharged from hospital there was a mix up in placing an order for my products. I rang the company and discussed the issue, while the 2 individuals were very professional, pleasant and extremely lovely to deal with, my issue wasn’t solved. However, a wonderful lady, Kathryn stepped in, and took control of my issue and solved it almost immediately. I was due to go on holiday with 24hrs and Kathryn made sure that I received my products by the lunchtime the next day. As someone who was new to using these products, I was anxious and concerned at the time. Kathryn was superb in dealing with me and I was very assured that my products would arrived as promised, and they did. The company has a great person in Kathryn and should rightly be proud of her. If Kathryn is a reflection of the company, then it is a great company.

I’ve dealt with Coloplast for years and they have always been helpful, courteous and professional. I talked to Shala for my last order and she was wonderful. She helped me sort my problem and was incredibly efficient. Thank you Shala you helped me more than you will ever realise!

My husband and I left UTC with a Coloplast bag that contained the bare minimum of supplies, with no for the information on how to obtain more. I contacted Coloplast and Kathryn was amazing. She located the items I needed, sent a prescription off to my husband’s GP and once approved ensured all items were shipped to our home address asap. She was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated along the way. The products are excellent quality, robust and reliable and I have every confidence in using them. Thankyou Kathryn once again and thankyou Coloplast. I would highly recommend.

I have been using coloplast Charter for many years and never had a problem with the service it’s always first rate the problem I’ve had with my supplies I think the last 2 months has been down to my surgery as coloplast have always been first rate and I must say a massive thanks to Elvis for his help today in resolving this problem don’t know where I would be without them he’s gone above and beyond so again thank you Elvis for taking the stress out of my problem keep up the good work 👏👏

The Coloplast Charter Customer Service Team are the best I have ever dealt with, and their consistency of excellent service is beyond compare. They are always extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. Other companies, and especially my GP Surgery could learn a lot from them and I cannot speak highly enough of all the services they provide.

Being New to ordering from coloplast charter for my Mum I am so pleased and grateful to the two advisors that I have spoken to. One was a lady called Diane which sorted an order out for me.
And today the 2/06/26 I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Louie
He was so professional and so caring and helpful. I can’t possibly tell you how lovely it is to actually speak to somebody that actually cares and he is an asset to your company
Due to looking after my mum, I made so many phone calls on her behalf ordering stuff for her and making all phones on her behalf and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever
I hope both of their managers read this and let them know what an asset of the company they are

Just reached my first year with my Stoma. Coloplast are always so helpful and give great guidance and advice. The early days were overwhelming but they certainly played their part in getting me through! Combined with DPD they provide an excellent delivery service.

I have used Coloplast for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. The staff are always very polite, and welcoming ( which is so good when you don’t really know what your doing to begin with!). I won’t say they have all the answers, but everything I’ve asked them in the past they have been happy to help with.
Ordering with them is so easy and they text you a message to say they have received your order, and then again when they dispatch it. A brilliant t service all round.

I required a bedside bag stand which wasn't a product I was able to order through the site. I had a live chat with Samantha and being told the stand is a complimentary item, within minutes, I received a message stating the bag stand was ordered for me and will be dispatched soon. I'm not a live chat fan, but Samantha has made me glad I did today.

Big problems with my surgery, which developed into a saga. Very short on pouches the staff helped me greatly to rectify the situation.
