Collectif Reviews 

I am always reluctant to buy online from Collectif because of the return and refund policy. The fact that if the item does not fit well I will have to send it back at my own expense is bothersome. The fact that I cannot return/exchange it in any of the stores is annoying. But most of all, I hate the fact that contrary to any other shop in the UK, I cannot buy whatever takes my fancy at the moment and then return it for a refund.
At the last Summer Sale, I put everything I would have wanted to buy in my cart, and it came to a total of £800. If I knew I could get a refund for the items I brought back to the shop I would have most likely bought at least £200 worth of those initial £800. Instead, I bought nothing. I went to one of the stores to try the clothes on and ended up buying a dress for under £40. I love Collectif dresses. If I had bought that £200 worth, it is very likely that I would have kept most of the items. So Collectif lost over a £150 worth of purchases, and I still don t have all the beautiful clothes I would have wanted. Since I was still thinking about the clothes I didn't buy, I ended up ordering two items at the most recent Summer Sale, and one of the items is too tight. I don t have time to go check if they have the right size in the shops, and I don t want to return it knowing that if I do, I will not be buying it again. So I will end up keeping it in hopes of shedding a few pounds, or selling it if it doesn't happen. It does not encourage me to buy from the website again. It s just not worth it. One last thing. The fact that I have to pay for the delivery even if I spend over £50 is very annoying. I did get the parcel in under a week.

Easy to order which arrived in a couple of days - it’s great to have some clothes that is different to the rest.

I recently ordered a parrot print pencil dress in the sale to take on my holidays. Delivery was quick and efficient. I love the dress and it fits well- I wore it a couple of times on holiday and look forward to wearing it again.

I purchased the cactus satchel bag for my 12 year old niece as a Christmas present. The quality of the bag is beautiful and the service and delivery could not have been better.

Quick shipping and flawless delivery. The dress looks and fits fantastic. The fabric isn't thin, and not overly thick. Very comfy to wear, and fits my aesthetic perfectly. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a shop on another continent entirely, but that apprehension is no more. I'll definitely be back for more clothes, when the mood strikes me for something different and fun.

I'm shopping online from California. For the most part it's been good. Some returns in process. There's a lot of inventory. This became a problem for me as a shopper when I saw the option to have my cart emailed to me. Cool feature!

That function only works I suspect if the customer has an account with you. I didn't at the time. Still don't. Probably should.

I selected the option and received the email. But when I clicked through I couldn't view / retrieve the cart items.

I had been shopping for a couple hours and been through 40 some odd pages of your summer selection and picked out a bunch of stuff. So, was frustrated that it seemed all gone.

Luckily I went through browser history and pulled the page back up. But I can imagine that for a less-savvy user, might be a big bummer.

So, my thought: maybe offer some kind of user alert if not already there letting user know it's only works if they're a customer. :)

I just love Collectif. Everything I've ever bought/ordered from them has been A+. I've been looking for a skirted bikini bottom for a while, and for some reason it took me a while to go for the obvious option and check the Collectif site. Everything is true to size and comfortable. Never any surprises, in the best way possible.
