I Love collectif. The designs are great the fabrics are lovely quality, with vibrant colours. Items wash and last very well. And I love how they do co ordinating items such as shoes , bags and jewellery.
Website is easy to use. Communication is great and delivery swift .

I adore your dresses and tops and, in addition to visiting your shops in the UK, purchased several orders totaling many hundreds of dollars.
As it often happens, not everything worked out.
I was very disappointed that in addition to not being able to combine orders to save on return shipping (again, additional frustration and disappointment to discover return shipping was not complimentary), that it would cost me the buyer $20 PER ORDER. This significantly added up and even after I contacted customer service for assistance, was not helped whatsoever. I ended up not returning several things as the return would cost more than the purchase. I also wasted hours trying to return an item i received from Collectif that was the wrong size (I ordered a 6 and received a 16). It was terribly frustrating, and went on for what seemed like forever. All in all, your customer service is appalling and no longer wish to continue shopping with Collectif as its turned out to be far more of a hassle than anticipated. Shame as I really love your style.

The products arrived as described. Quality looks nice, but I haven’t even washed them yet (clothing, bought dresses, sweaters and a coat). The products fit according to the size chart. The one star off and the reason I probably won’t purchase without a super sale from this site is that I ended up paying 30% taxes and duties to ship to Canada. They warn you on the website that they are not responsible for those extra charges (and of course they aren’t), but it was a bigger bill than I was expecting because of the duty. The shipping was fast as well. They use UPS for Canada and they send you the customs and duty bill, I paid about $20 in fees for UPS to do it, which was fine. The shipping was slightly longer than mentioned on the website, but only by a couple of days.

The dress arrived on time and is good quality. The fit is poor. I bought a pencil dress from Collectif last month and it fits perfectly, the shape and proportions of the same style dress are completely different. I paid to have it delivered, not refunded, and was disappointed to find I have to pay to return it. Sadly I won't buy from them again.
