Colissimo - La Poste Reviews 

Terrible service, they sent 2 of my 4 packages yo wrong side of Spain. I can’t explain them this because thay do not have support who speak English. La poste does have, but Colissimo no. I tried to email them several times, no answer either. What a third world company, I am very disappointed.

My package was sent more than a month ago, but I still haven’t received it. The tracking information is stuck and shows no progress. The customer service is downright terrible—extremely difficult to reach and absolutely unhelpful when you finally manage to get through. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using Colissimo.

C’était parfait

The service is the worst I have ever received in my life.
After three months of not receiving my package, I still haven't gotten it.
They no longer respond to me.
They keep telling me I have to wait.
It seems like only people without cognitive abilities work there.

Slightly later than expected but that is down to the supplier, not the delivery agent. Overall, colissimo are very good.

Never had an issue if you find a good relai point. In Paris, it's the perfect option.

I have never had problems with Colissimo, neither in sending or receiving packages. Sometimes my local post office does not work as expected. But Colissimo deliveries typically go perfectly well.

Unfortunately, the service is not used across the whole EU. Which makes you have to deal with UPS forgetting to give you a QR code for their locker and not having any normal means to contact them etc.

This company is a SCAM.
Ordered a package from France that shipped Dec 27th. on Jan 10th I was told that it entered Canada, so I contacted Canada Post and they did not receive it. I tried to call Colissimo, but their number does not exist. Tried to email Colissimo, but their email does not accept correspondence. Tried to use their contact form, received an automated message about how to delete my data from their system.

I got an update on my package feb 6th, saying "please contact Colissimo at this number" number does not work. online contact form says I cant contact over an item that left France soil despite the last update being on France soil and the package being lost in France.

This company has to be the worst shipment company I have ever dealt with. I thought contacting FedEx was bad in the past, but Colissimo not having a functioning phone number is way worse. Red flag company, def a scam and would avoid

Delivered on time and updated on the package delivery

I made a purchase from France and the package was sent via Colissimo. My address details were correct and the return details of the sender were also correct. Colissimo put a blank label on it without any address or return information. The package finally arrived in the Netherlands, but could not be delivered. Also, colissomo and Post NL did not want to add the correct data. The package is now going back to France, however there is no return address on the label.

So I lost my money and my package.

Very bad business!

Who is going to take responsibility for my package......? Colissimo!
