I made a transfer of digital currency and the system said it will be approved in 24hrs But up to now its not. it is way over the 24 hrs. it just says pending Admin approval.
Communication is very bad, services very slow. please provide even a call center where we can make calls.
if the service is fast, then you will have less inquiries !!!

This is the worst crypto service I have…
This is the worst crypto service I have ever dealt with. Their service is poor and very unfriendly. Once your money has been deposited into the service it will be extremely difficult to get it out!! Despite constant verification, KYC and numerous other proofs, they constantly avoid performing transactions initiated
by customers. I suspect they won’t be in business for long. Be careful!!!

Customer "success" person has almost no understanding of financial terminology and can't seem to answer simple questions.
