AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
My account has been verified, verified ID etc. I've made a few withdrawals before with ADA coin. I couldn't withdraw this for over 4-5 months because it wouldn't accept wallet addresses. Charged dormancy fees. Finally was able to transfer out.
Recently wanted to top up my private wallet with some more ADA. My withdrawal is still pending, they have asked for pictures of my cards and still no reply 24h on... Service is absolutely awful. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I feel scammed
I opened an account on Coindirect.com, everything has been verified, I then proceeded to deposit from my fnb account and then I sent money to my other crypto wallet. It’s still pending + I can no longer login to the app, when I reset my password it resets and I still can’t login using that password. I don’t understand what’s going on and I also transferred a large sum of money that I am now worried of losing due to the above mentioned facts.

My first proof of address for verification was declined. After struggling for a long time, I asked for assistance to access the window to load another acceptable document as proof of my address. Cole guided me and I was able to load new proof of residence.

After trying to withdraw my money
After trying to withdraw my money, I was finally to achieve this to find out its "pending approval" so I emailed the horrible customer support "bot" and got a email saying it was fraud, so I asked about this, as this is a security concern. No reply. I sent a few emails... No reply. So I asked the same reply I sent as to finding out when they mentioned fraud. And got the same email saying the same email as the first. Which didn't ask any my questions.
Have I been scammed ?
