Do not use
Coffee beans turned up burnt and non useable, Unfortunately I disposed of them. So Can not send them a picture, they reached out initially but when I explained this they have stopped communicating.

The best when it's right
I love the coffee and the service is excellent. My gripe is consistency. 1 month it arrives a perfect medium roast but then the next might be shiny dark or medium dark. I find i now buy from another roaster to ensure I can have a coffee the way I like it. When it comes as a perfect medium they are the best I have bought from, but it's a lot of money for the times it's wrong. Probably the same for most roasters though.

Delicious coffee and excellent customer service, prompt delivery.
I did stray away from CoffeeLink for a couple of months but so pleased to be back. I ventured to another company who only did one form of grind or it was beans. I couldn’t cope with my cafetière not draining properly when I poured, no matter how hard I tried always left some slushy soggy grains st the bottom. So more than happy to come back.
