I delayed a couple weeks to reorder my monthly coffee until you emailed me a discount code. The secret code arrived, I ordered, but the order went into the final stage without offering me an opportunity to use my code. So, full price $119.
I quickly phoned your HQ and a lady asked me a couple questions. I knew the code: READY7. She said she'd take care of adjusting my bill.
After a day, I saw no email from CFL acknowledging they'd dropped my price, so I sent you an email. Nothing in response.
The boxes arrived safely today, at least.

Took 2 weeks to get order
Took 2 weeks to get order ( down to 5 pods and cannot buy locally). Never received notification when Tassimo changed to Gevalia then Coffee for Less. Only notice was when card wouldn't go thru, but couldn't log into account. ( card was stolen and reissued). Have coffee, and hopefully a reliable subscription

I am very disappointed in the shipping
I am very disappointed in the shipping. Our first order arrived promptly. This encouraged us to reorder from Coffeeforless. This delivery took 13 days. I do not know what changed between orders, but we will get our coffee somewhere else.
