Poor Shipping and Customer Service
They have decent prices and a fair selection, although they no longer carry my favorite coffee, but their shipping is terrible. The "free" shipping takes forever, and twice I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-4 days) and it still took 6+ days to get it. When I emailed them about it, there was no offer to reimburse me for the shipping expense, or even an apology for the delay. They use FedEx, which I think is fine if you live in a metro area, but not if you're rural.

I GOT Folgers something and sent it back. Please bury this stinking yuck!
I still want my Dunkin Donut coffees if anyone there is capable of reading 5th grade. ME no like substitute, will not smoke pipe with Coffee for less, they bad medicine.
