Easy to arrange..
We used estate planning Co-op to get a will.
It was easy to arrange over the telephone with a choice of times and dates .
Our appointment was with CE. He was clear in explaining wills and their suitability. He answered our questions and is professional and knowledgable.
We also discussed LPA and funerals which we will be addressing in the future.

I cannot praise the Co-Op legal services enough, they have been excellent in dealing with my situation. One of my relatives passed away and I appointed the Co-Op legal services to help me with probate as it involved a number of entities and a house to deal with. The whole process was seemless from start to finish, the solicitor involved kept me informed at all times in a friendly manner and dealt with any question and correspondence that I had. I would like to single out my case handler Ethan Fairhurst, he was excellent and was very quick to response and dealt with everything, thank you Ethan. I contacted Mark following a talk he gave to my Social Club. Following his talk, I was interested in changing my will. Mark came to my home and was very informative. He explained the different types of wills in laymen's terms. There was no pressure to purchase on the day.

Superb Customer Service & Professionalism
We used Co-Op Legal Services to arrange our mirror wills. We decided to use their phone service as we both work odd hours. It was easy to arrange an appointment and this was confirmed by email immediately. Timely reminders were also sent, which was great. Our Case Manager JM called us at the exact appointment time. JM was so helpful in explaining the Will options available to us and he was so patient and understanding when we wanted to go through them again - just to make sure. JM took time to double check our answers and requests and we never felt rushed. JM explained the timescales involved for arranging the wills and ‘next steps’. We felt very reassured that we had chosen the Co-Op for our Wills and we highly recommend them and JM.
