From the 6.11.23 for seven working days, we had all the windows and doors of our cottage replaced.
It's not a very big cottage, so this meant moving a lot of things from one end of each room to the other as the work progressed and it meant a lot of forward planning for the days ahead.
But from the first visit we had from CN Glass each member of the company could not have been more helpful and informative. Their was never any hard sell but the focus was always on what we wanted and how they would be able to achieve it.
We were talked through the overall plan and any technical details were clearly and simply explained to us. Even visiting the showroom to see actual windows and doors.
Before worked started on the installion, we had worked out with CN Glass, a route around the cottage that the work would follow, so we knew exactly what we had to do and what to expect.
Jon and Kieran, were our two installers, who did a brilliant job in installing all our new windows and doors.
They were with us for seven working days and from day one, they were a wonderful advert for CN Glass.
Their workmanship, first class, they were so efficient and tidy and such nice guys.
Nothing troubled them and if a little problem seem to appear, they had solved it without fuss or wasting time.
My wife and I are really thrilled with the quality of our new windows and doors, they have made a huge difference to the cottage.
We have had so many neighbours and just people walking past the cottage telling us how beautiful they thought the windows/ doors look.
You have two absolute gems in Jon and Kieran, a credit to themselves and to CN Glass.

Couldn't recommend CN Glass highly enough!

We chose CN Glass as a local glassware firm to replace our aged PVC windows. Service provided by initial surveyor, detail surveyor, and fitters was excellent. Team polite, courteous and helpful. Product was fitted in very quick time and is high quality. Team communicated well; one area for improvement would be reducing dust left behind, but minor quibble for overall excellent fitting.

Recently had two new windows fitted. The customer service is outstanding. Kept up to date with every aspect of the job. Kieran and Josh who fitted the windows were so professional and got the job done with no fuss. Left the rooms spotless. Both Elaine and Rob were brilliant. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use CNN in the future

Had four windows replaced, two upstairs and two on the ground floor. Replacement was expected to take all day and fitters Martin & Harry worked outside in very rainy conditions without complaint and never stopped, except for two brief cups of tea!
The wet weather meant they had to return the next day to finish off and they arrived on time as promised, did an excellent job and cleared everything away before leaving. I was very happy with the service from CN Glass

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the work was done and am very pleased with my new doors. The workers were polite and considerate of the property and left it spotless. The company was also very helpful during the process of deciding what doors to get. Very pleased with the experience and the outcome!

I can highly recommend CN Glass. Elaine, who takes the bookings and organizes site visits, is very efficient and keeps you informed at every stage. Quote arrived promptly following engineer's visit. Rob, did an excellent repair job and the door is working better than ever before. Absolutely thrilled with the result!

Well so far i can only give 2 stars unless they redeem them selves request quotes 6 days ago no response , no reply , called 3 times now and just get told someone will come back to me .
this is just a quote so not sure what happens if i ever actually get to place an order !!

A rare thing these days to find a company that actually answers phone calls, responds to emails within hours, if not minutes, and basically does what it says it's going to do. Not just a single salesman, but right through the process with every member of the team. Even when there was a small issue, they took ownership and resolved it quickly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending CN Glass, and would certainly use them again. Frankly, I can't remember the last time that happened.

Exceptional customer service from my initial call and throughout the repair. I would highly recommend this company.

The product was not fit for purpose. The laminated pane was cracked within 2 weeks of installation. The flap was ineffective. I have written off £649.96 and gone to a different supplier who will provide a panel that has toughened glass on both panes with cat flap for two-thirds the price.

Excellent service, very helpful and fast. Reasonable price and lovely guys who came out to measure and fit.

This is not the first time we have used CN Glass to replace our double glazed units and I am so pleased to have made that decision. Their work was exemplary, very tidy and such a friendly team both in the office and the guys who visited our house. Would certainly use them again.

Excellent service and fitting would recommend

CN Glass re-glazed a large church-style window with quite difficultly-shaped double glazed units. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and also for the friendly, courteous and professional manner of the installation team and the efficient and timely communications from the office staff.

Very pleased - good communication via email, appointments arranged in a good timeframe, two visits (one to measure, one to install) done by different people who were all friendly and efficient. The installed double glazing + cat flap is great.
