Scott the engineer who serviced our boiler was professional and competent also very friendly and didn’t mind us asking lots of questions.

Engineers have always been on time, polite and friendly, and shown care over the whole system giving advice and fixing minor issues there and then rather than other companies who just turn up to do the bare minimum servicing and then disappear, or quote for a whole new set of work incurring another call out charge.

Great company who I use every year for servicing and if there are ever other issues throughout the year.

Had a kitchen plumbing 'emergency' on a Saturday. One of the company principals turned up within the hour, assessed the problem and made temporary solution. The job was finished on the Monday. Superb, friendly service once again. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As far as I'm concerned they are the best. Nothing too much trouble. Always happy to accommodate. the customer with appointments that suit the customer.

I phoned up with a hot water failure on the combi boiler and was so relieved to get somebody round that afternoon. The engineer was polite and worked to find the fault, fitted the part and explained exactly what he had done. Can't fault the service.

CG&P is supported by a very competent, qualified team of engineers, v. good workmanship, and always at a fair cost. I have used their services four times in the last two years, they're always helpful and do a proper job. I have no hesitation to recommend.

As a pensioner, without heating or hot water suddenly at the weekend, it is quite a minefield to find a trustworthy engineer to fix my boiler on line. You can use this company with absolute certainty that the job will be done properly. They are busy because they are good and it's worth waiting a few days for an appointment. There is no faffing around with let's try this or that, the problems are diagnosed quickly and the repairs effected likewise.
