Great service, communication and parts availability. Postage to UK is quite high though, you need to order a large quantity to make it economilly viable.

I’m resorting a 1980 Suzuki GS250T it’s…

I’m restoring a 1980 Suzuki GS250T it’s a 45 year old bike trying to find new engine parts that are crucial to its smooth running are like trying to find a needle in a haystack I’ve found parts from all over the world, Then I came across CMS they have thousands of parts for bikes, and to my surprise they had a brand new cylinder head for my bike I instantly bought it and upon delivery I was surprised to find that it came with new valve guides as standard. Also their customer support service are second to none they will go out of their way to make sure your order is as you expected.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts that are no longer available.

Great Company !!!

I live in Japan and I bought a HONDA part made in Japan. Because I was able to find a part here that was already discontinued and unavailable in Japan. And it arrived from the Netherlands to Japan in just 4 days. Great Company.

i dont think it was your company but…

i dont think it was your company but did not recieve my item tried to report it to FEDEX who said they delivered the item and that it was signed for which is a lie as the time it was supposed to be delivered i was at work. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM,

Excellent Customer Service Experience

I got exactly what I ordered and I received the order in a reasonable time frame especially given the distances involved (I am in the USA) and the fact that the parts were for an almost 30 year old bike. Pricing was good and the whole transaction was very transparent. The UPS shipping costs charged were quite reasonable. I usually get my parts in the US and the shipping costs from CMSNL are not much more that I would have paid had I ordered locally. To complicate my order I forgot a couple of items and added them on as a second order. CMSNL handled the add on order headache without issue combining the two orders and refunding the shipping costs on the second order. Two thumbs up from me!

Quicker and cheaper than local wtf!

I found the part elsewhere in my own country (Australia) but when it came to them finding it in their inventory and sending it, failed on both counts. I found it again after a quick search on cmsnl and I got it definitely cheaper and quite possibly quicker than I would have done done locally.

Watch list is invaluable.

I've had rare and long obsolete parts in my watch list, and twice now CMS have emailed me to say the part is available and at a reasonable price, postage to the U.K was a bit brutal, but overall the price was still less then you'd expect to pay if the part was ever available on eBay.

Word of advice

Word of advice, DON'T TRUST what you see on their website, it can be misleading.

The estimated dispatch time was 8 days (on their website) and 15 business days later I contacted them to get an update on my order (today). And you know what? Yes, you're right, my order is delayed by at least 2 months. Surprise! You thought you get parts to fix your bike over christmas? Think again!

And it's okay, if they would kindly inform me about this situation, like a week ago.

BTW their website still shows these parts with an estimated dispatch time of 8 days. Isn't that super professional?

I understand that delays can happen, but I expect to be informed about this situation as soon as possible.
It is not like they have to pay for email.

So, please confirm with them the estimated dispatch time before you place your order.

We're extremely sorry to hear your parts didn't arrive in time to get to your built over Christmas Holidays. We're sure you were looking forward to it and can understand the disappointment when they did not arrive in time...

We try to keep our customers as well informed on their orders as we can. We do this by scanning the delivery times and by relaying on the information we get from the manufacturers where we sometimes need to order parts that we do not keep in stock in our warehouse.

This was the case for the parts you ordered with a longer delivery time. They needed to be shipped to us from the Manufacturer so we could pack them all together and sent the whole order out to you. However we did not receive the product, and much to our surprise, did not get any information on it either. Because of this we didn't get a notification to give you an update, and it was left to our routine checks that we pick up later on.

It might has to do with the busier times at said manufacturer, or something might be amiss elsewhere. The parts could be stuck in freight on their way to us, for example.

What ever the reason is, we're very sorry you did not get an update on this matter. We will take your feedback with us to hopefully better the experience in the future.

We'll now try to keep you well updated about the arrival of your parts. If you need any assistance, our customer support team will be happy to help!
