BEWARE: If you are looking for a software company for your web or app concept AVOID CLUSTOX AT ALL COSTS.

The company oversold and overpromised their services in order to get me to sign. They completely misrepresented themselves as a software company because they only build the "shell" of the product, while offering no support or any real value. They will not provide product support, Business Analysis, or Marketing, while every other software company does. Clustox on the other hand offers no real value or services other than building the shell or the "tech". They rushed me into paying them by a specific deadline and when I did, they couldn't even do the job. Initially they languished for months on my project with no real reason. They quoted two separate astronomical prices with no justification. American Companies were charging $70k less for the exact same project and offered tons of support. Clustox dangled a 15% savings carrot in front of my face to get me to sign along with all of their promises, but the promises were broken, and the 15% discount meant nothing when they were already over-charging me by an exorbitant amount. This company could not clearly define their role in our partnership after working on my project for several months. They failed to do any real research or planning, and they held up my launch for no reason as they never appeared honest or even qualified to do the job in the first place. This company is based in Pakistan and I would avoid doing business with them and stick to reputable American companies.
