Scammed by TalkWithLead
In October I was cold called by a very sophisticated Bot called "Mark" trying to entice me to a website called TalkWithLead.com. I never ever visited the site but someone set up an account for me. Suddenly I start getting charges for $9.99 via text sporadically, then I got a charge for $399.00 saying my account declined the charges (they never had my credit card info, of course). Supposedly, they've been sending me leads but I've never received any contact from them other than billings. When I contact them from info@ or sheila@ I've been told that the billing site can't cancel the account, that I need to login (will never happen) and cancel the account. I keep getting calls from "Mark" and emails from Sheila for the delinquent account and now they're threatening to send me to the credit reporting agencies. Despite my best efforts, this is an ongoing problem and I've never received any leads. I have asked for an invoice describing "leads" and been ignored. The company is based in Canada, I think and I'm getting nowhere with my pleas to stop their BS. Since TrustPilot handles most of the security for websites, I'm asking for your help in getting this matter resolved. Thank you

Their "lead generation" is spamming all your websites. We have 30 different websites and they fill out our forms on each website every day, marketing their company and companies they represent. When you pay this company, this is their "trade secret" to marketing.

They keep spamming our contact forms
They keep spamming our contact forms, and a quick google also shows they spam comment boards. Typical in-your-face scammers that tell customers they get them "views" without explaining they do it by cramming them down people's throats and annoying the living p!$$ out of them.
NOTE TO OTHER ANNOYED PEOPLE: To get your company to stop these, just have I.T. block the phrase "advanceleadgeneration" and send all mails containing it to :Null: Meaning it bypasses the trash can and just deletes the mail)

I cannot get them to STOP spamming me- sometimes twice a day - there is nothing I can do. The "email" from Eric is bogus and so is the phone number- It is a time waster and obviously not legit or moral. I just want it to stop.
