Club Villamar Reviews 

We booked villa segovia through this company . We travelled with 3 other families who had booked villas in same area but through different agents. Their villas were beautiful. On arrival it soon became clear that the pictures we had seen of the villa must have been taken a LONG time ago. The furniture inside was covered in sheets to hide the RIPS AND DIRT. The cooker and oven were totally disgusting caked in mould and grease. The coffee "table" had no table top! Outside was even worse.The pool was green and slimey and the furniture sun loungers etc were ALL broken filthy , worn out , old and totally unfit for purpose. The barbecue was full of mould and rust.
After much toing and froing we were finally
offered a choice of 2 alternative villas, one in a DIFFERENT town and one some 3 km away from our chosen location. We accepted the one 3 km away because there was no other option. We have not received an apology of any description , quite to the contrary they have been extremely rude and asked what we expected given the photographs were taken 4 years ago! They have told us that they are not magicians and can't always upkeep the properties! It is totally unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company or there affiliated colleagues plus holidays

For my parents 50th wedding anniversary a group of 13 family members travelled to Moraira where we stayed for 2 weeks in Villa La Adina which we booked through Club Villamar.
At first i was sceptical because this villa had no current reviews and I had never booked through Club Villamar before. The booking process is as easy as it gets. Just follow the instructions on the website and Club Villamar will contact you with all the details and information you need. Any questions are answered in good time. Our booking process went smoothly.
On arrival in spain everything was as described, from picking up the keys to the standard of the villa. The staff where we picked the keys up even made 2 journeys to show us to our villa and guide us around (we arrived in 2 groups).
The villa was amazing. The quality of the property, the location, the cleanliness and the utilities where all better than we imagined. We had 2 problems while staying (1 toilet didnt flush and a cicuit breaker we couldnt find tripped), we reported each problem and we had someone sent out to us within an hour each time!! The pool cleaners came 3 times a week and kept everything in order.
All in all we had a dream holliday with perfect service and I will not hessitate to book through club villamar next time we visit spain!!

This house is OK for two families.

I stayed in this villa for one week and now I wished I would have stayed more.
The villa is almost brand new with a fantastic view extended from sea to mountains. It feels like the Blanes city is under you feet. It is close to a couple of beaches and the swimming pool is superb. The upper floor balcony view is one of the best I have ever seen. It is also not that far to Barcelona (only 1hr drive) and the roads are not busy. During our 1 week stay, we have gone to Barcelona three times. I don't see any negative point about the villa. I Strongly recommend it to everyone.

As a customer I was very pleased with the way Club Villamar treated me. They kept me well informed during the prosess all the way from I made the the initial order to let a Villa in Spain until I was well back home again.

Club Villamar offered really good service. The week before they called to check if we had everything ready for our vacation.

When we arrived it was really smooth and we got access to the house directly.

The house itself was so much better than we expected. The images on the site didn't show the best features of the house. Often it's the other way around.

During the week we had great service when there was something that didn't work. They were there in under 1 hour.

I would recommend Club Villamar to all my friends!
