The update to version 6 failed. My license was no longer accepted, so only the basic license was valid, even though I had the lifetime license. Using the documented purchase receipt for my licenses on the CleverFiles platform, the support team at Disc Drill and cleverFiles resolved the problem quickly and accommodatingly.

Disc Drill is an amazing solution. It saved me from a mistake I made when I inadvertently deleted an mp4 from a microSD card. Disc Drill to the rescue! While the first attempt was not successful due to user error (ie I didn’t read any instructions), Disc Drill support staff reviewed my log file and instructed me to use the correct mode (Advanced Camera Recovery Mode). Disc Drill works! It’s difficult to convey the relief that Disc Drill afforded me when I saw the full video file recovered. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent recovery software with an outstanding technical support.

The help I recieved by my customer supporter David was excellent. He understood that I was computer stupid, and managed to guide me through giving him the information he needed to get me working again. Customer support needs not just the knowledge to deal with a computer problem, they need to deal with people, David was great.

I accidentally purchased the product twice. The automated help desk told me the response would be over a week before we'd hear back from anyone. The support team contacted me within 30 minutes and started the refund immediately!!

Bought this a while ago and it’s never been helpful. The app constantly pushes you to pay more, even after you already bought a subscription. When I actually needed it, it said my subscription expired. Total scammy experience. There are free tools out there that work way better. Don’t waste your money

Disk Drill PRO is a great product and has rescued me on more than one occasion when files have been lost. I paid extra for the lifetime upgrades and - v.6 has just been released. The upgrade from my v.5 was easy. Response from customer service is very quick. Highly recommended.

While on vacation i started having issues with my OSMO Pocket 3. This ended up causing me to lose all of my files. This led me to doing a bunch of research and I ended up emailing disk-drill / clever files about their go pro recovery and if they think it would work for my camera. What they sent me ended up being a new beta they are developing for a wider range of cameras. Using this I was able to recover nearly 90% of my lost data with minimum corruption. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great Product to Recover CR3 files!
I had wonderful experience to recover 700+ CR3 files from a formatted SD card. This is the first time I was using the Disk Drill. The online support provided very efficient service to help me through all the steps needed all the way through. Strongly recommended this product and company!

Best disk recovery software for MacOS. It always saves me whenever I am in trouble without failure. The customer service is awesome too. They responded quickly and helped my case professionally. Don't waste your money on other solutions. This is just the best.

Disk Drill has saved my behind twice already this year! I'm blown away by how effortless it is. With other recovery software, I would be so nervous about whether or not I'll get my files back, but with Disk Drill, I already know I'll be able to get all my files back, so I don't even break a sweat if I accidentally delete files

What others wanted to charge me $40-70 USD to repair, they did for free. And when my file was above their file size limits, they went above and beyond to help me. Memories that I thought I lost forever were restored. You can't put into words how thankful I am!!

Really helped me with recovering videos. If you cant recover videos at FIRST, reach to the support chat via email, they will help you with some tips and tricks. I recovered some videos for an influencer from my camera sd card. Worth every penny

I had corrupted an MP4 file and saw this site from some redditors, so I decided to try it. Recovered my file but had issues with audio. I went to support and they fixed the audio issues as well. All in all, was a great experience and would definitely recommend others with similar issues to try their service.

Drill disk saved me for sure. My camera card got deleted by accident at a photography workshop recently. My daughter’s PROM pictures were lost until I tried Drill Disk! Recovered everything! The software was extremely easy to use and will keep it handy. Highly recommend this product!

I've used Disk Drill in the past, and when I needed to recover some files deleted by a departing employee, I discovered that I needed to upgrade my software to run on a newer computer. The folks at CleverFiles helped me with the process of verifying my past purchase and gave me a great discount for being a long time customer. I was able to successfully recover the deleted files on a MacBook.
