Best recovery software ever. Easy to use with superb results, managed to recover almost 1TB of a damaged disk with almost 0 loss.

12,000 pictures and 800 videos saved.
Worth every penny - i would have paid someone else the same money if not more to do it for me. I have had bad luck with hard drives and micro sd cards. this software gives me peace of mind.

I am not an I.T experienced person at all, but this software with literally 2 button pushes after software download was all that was required. I retrieved 50GB of Drone Footage off an SD card I had deleted in full. Took about 30mins. Bargain price if you need your data back in my view.

CleverFiles allowed me to recover over 500gb of data from a damaged external drive. Without the software I couldn't even see the file structure. After trying the demo (which showed me the files were still there), I gladly paid for the pro version and recovered the files over several hours. Highly recommended!

I created my own problems that the CleverFiles support helped me solve. I feel happy with both version 6 Pro and fantastic support.

Showed the files as available to recover. After paying, the files were not recoverable. This company uses bait and switch to get your money.

Folder names MEANINGLESS so can't search for smaller MB amount
Sucked it up, put it down to experience, paid money only to find DiskDrill...
INCORRECTLY said D:drive read only SO WOULDN'T SAVE FILES
Wasted more time with CMD DISKPART - but there was nothing wrong with it D:drive was not readonly
Used Recuva instead, search filters for date, type of document etc before you search... recovered specific documents in 30 minutes FOR FREE
NO REFUND possible with Not cleverfiles rdiskdrill ip off
DISK DRILL was the only thing that DIDN'T WORK in all of this.

I am extremely happy with the kind of assistance and support from this group. I was able to utilize the video which was accidentally corrupted while recording.

George R. was able to answer my questions clearly about Disk Drill update, gave me the link for the update to the current version at that time. And he also notified and gave me life time access to their software, including future upgrades, as far as I have understood.

I was sceptical if this would work or not, and if it did, I thought it might add a watermark or ask me to pay at the end, but it actually worked as advertised and is completely FREE! Thank you. This tool is a lifesaver for recovering corrupted video files.

I hope I never have to use this service again (to repair a corrupted flash drive, which was so worrisome in the moment), but I would love to use this service again! I'm so glad I found Disk Drill. I did watch a YouTube video for some guidance along the way, mostly because the lingo is a bit foreign to me. However, the software is easily downloadable. There is a clean interface, clear progress status, and great outcome. I did have to do some minor digging through the recoverable files but I am simply glad they were recovered. Great customer service as well; I had a minor question regarding the process: I received an automated response first to confirm that my question was received, and a personalized response near minutes later that answered my query. So glad I found this company/service. They are my new 'ol reliable.

Thank you very much for your very quick response. I received the email with the key, and I entered it into the new download. It was immediately recognized, and Disk Drill started retrieving the lost files on my hard drive that I had to reformat after I was hacked, and my computer was frozen. Thank you again.

The update to version 6 failed. My license was no longer accepted, so only the basic license was valid, even though I had the lifetime license. Using the documented purchase receipt for my licenses on the CleverFiles platform, the support team at Disc Drill and cleverFiles resolved the problem quickly and accommodatingly.

Disc Drill is an amazing solution. It saved me from a mistake I made when I inadvertently deleted an mp4 from a microSD card. Disc Drill to the rescue! While the first attempt was not successful due to user error (ie I didn’t read any instructions), Disc Drill support staff reviewed my log file and instructed me to use the correct mode (Advanced Camera Recovery Mode). Disc Drill works! It’s difficult to convey the relief that Disc Drill afforded me when I saw the full video file recovered. Highly recommended!!!
