Fantastic company to deal with from…

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish and even after water softener installation service was exceptional. Had a problem with water softener (not fault of company, the plumber cut off the water by mistake) and it was seen to within 12 hours. The water softener has been fantastic - no limescale streaks in the kitchen or the bathroom and clothes are soft even after line drying. Invaluable in a hard water area I would never go back to a hard scummy household. Its also great how the company supply us with salt blocks so everything is so simple.

Total lack of communication

Total lack of communication after initially offering to help. Three texts and eleven WhatsApps plus a voicemail with absolutely zero response.

This is hardly excellent 'Customer Service' .... do not waste your time..

Jacob and Brandon are an awesome team

Jacob and Brandon are an awesome team! On time, very friendly, dressed professionally, resourceful, efficient and did what they said they were going to do. I was surprised at how fast they accomplished 3 projects. Pricing was exceptionally reasonable as well.

Excellent work carried out on our new…

Excellent work carried out on our new boiler , central heating and shower everything no trouble for Jovy Danny and Ethan so glad they were recommended to us. I definitely will use his services again and recommend to all my family and freinds

BOILER SERVICE AND REPAIR

Had a service booked and the guys found a fault with it that they were unable to fix at the time, due to lack of a spare part being available. They advised us not to use the system until it was repaired and came back the following day to install the required part and get the system up and running

Our favourite plumber!

We often use Clearwater Plumbing. Paul is friendly, communicative, straightforward and does an excellent job. He often goes above and beyond to squeeze us in when he's clearly already far too busy, and he keeps us informed about the progress of jobs and any ancillary costs that arise.
