Absolutely disgusted with clearpay…
Absolutely disgusted with clearpay after being a loyal customer paying on time and before. I had an 2,000 credit. I paid early one day for my credit to be put at zero i been a loyal customer for years. I will never use clearpay again or recommend. I pay all my bills on time. So there is no reason for this.

Poor customer service.
I got into a little bit of trouble and asked Clearpay to put a hold on my account so I could take a break from the payments; they agreed. They asked me to set up a payment plan, so I filled out the income and expenditure form and set up the plan. They took my payment, and they also handed my account to debt collectors at the same time as collecting the money from me. What a sly thing to do.
UPDATE 01/09/26:
Clearpay have confirmed to me that, even though they handed my account to a recovery team who are taking payments from me, they will not cancel my current payment plan already in place with Clearpay, and they will also be taking payments. Disgraceful.

The app does not work!
Unfortunately for me right now the app is not working. It seems i can only pay what i owe on the app.
I am recieving endless emails about payment from them. I had to change my payment details on the app added a new default card. They told me my bank was blocking the payment. I then noticed they were still trying to use the wrong card details to take payment even after i added the new default card details. After many emails and phone calls i still can't sort this out. Take my advice use paypal i never have ever had a problem with them.
I will never use clearpay again. I hope i can get rid of clearpay today.
