I love Better Life products and have used them for over 10 years. I was unable to access my reward points for about 10 days but they finally were able to fix the problem.

Their site is easy to use, and they have great products, but they always have stock issues. Many of their products are always out-of-stock.

I have been using Better Life for over 5 years, however, the company has been sold and the ingredients have changed. They have now added all kinds of chemicals. They are no longer natural. Sadly, I will no longer be buying their products.

This will be the forth reship of All Purpose cleaner. Was ordered 3 times before and was reported damaged by UPS and never received any order. It has been over a month since the first order was submitted and still no product

I have been using "Whatever" cleaner ever since it was introduced on Shark Tank. It's the only cleaner I use.

I love your products. Have referred many friends. However, of late, there have been numerous issues with your shipping. I’ve experienced these issues as have some of my friends. When the product actually arrives it is opened and leaking.

I’m a big fan of Better Life cleaning products and have used them for years. The Stain & Odor Eliminator does a wonderful job of cleaning up stains and messes across the board, leaving behind only a nice clean smell.

website is terrible and pricing is confusing. I had to call CS and they were very helpful and resolved my issues. I will not use the website again.

Products are very good so I will stick with them.

I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.

I use the all purpose cleaner and floor cleaner and they work great. The chemicals in other brands effect my breathing and love having a plant based alternative. I also use the laundry detergent and love it. I have a dog with skin allergies and have noticed a huge difference in his itching since using these products, lol, (the little guy sleeps between the sheets).
