No Package - Poor Customer Service
Ordered filters online, no tracking number provided when order was confirmed. Called up 3 weeks after the order was placed and I was advised that someone would get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard anything. Called today (2 days shy of 4 weeks) and was advised they would call me back in 30 minutes. Still waiting. I have now disputed transaction with my bank.
Wish we had purchased elsewhere!
We ordered a Dyson DC07 through their Ebay site. It arrived very quickly and for a refurbished machine we were happy. Unfortunately, only 4 months after taking delivery, whilst using the vacuum, it started to make a high pitched sound and smoke started bellowing out of the motor housing. We contacted the company via the Ebay and explained what had happened. A day or 2 later "Gary" responded asking me to explain the issues, despite having already providing full details. Since then nothing more, no response from them whatsoever, either directly through their contact link on their own website or via Ebay. We are now left with an unusable DC07, which was purchased middle of July 23 and despite their 1 year motor warranty, we have been completely left in the lurch. Ineffective customer service and a meaningless warranty, Will never purchase from them again! Awful.

Only 1 Star, Since I had to select something. Placed a spare part order 1/18/2020. Was billed. Received Order Confirmation. Have not received product or tracking information. Now they will not respond to E-mail or phone calls. E-Mails were being bounced back with invalid address at one point. All phone calls go to voice mail and they will not return my call. Cannot track order online. DO not recommend them.

Ordered some parts in November. Paid for them and received nothing. The company does not respond to email or phone calls or messages. I am disputing the transaction now. Waste of my time.
What customer service? There is NONE
I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I placed an order for items totaling over $100. They confirmed order and immediately charged me. After a week with no further information about shipping or any updates at all, I emailed and called them. Email went unanswered and their “customer service” call line automatically bumps to voicemail, which I left, also unanswered.
Weeks later, several more emails and voicemails later, still zero response, zero updates, and no items from my order have been sent to me.
I am in process of disputing charges and consider this company to be a complete scam.
How reputable vacuum brands (Dyson, Miele etc.) are sold on their site is unbelievable to me, they should discontinue their relationship with this company completely.
In short, total scammers! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
