I bought this machine at 10% off. That's great. Two weeks later, it's on sale for less than that and free shipping, THAT IS 200.00. Get my drift, put my shoes on and see how it feels. Now, I don't want to here any of your bullshit that this is Unfortunate or anything else. I'm retired now, I was a snapon dealer for 27 years, then in management with Cornwell for seven years. If I wanted to keep my customer, I made it right. What say you?
It didn't take long for Cleanfreak to respond. They said they would make it right and I appreciate that. I really like the machine, it works great. I recommend this to anyone. Read the instructions, it comes shipped with anti freeze in the lines. Thank you for the quick response. 1/20/2026.

Delivery took over two months
I ordered a case of toilet paper in October 2025 and it wasn't shipped until December 31, 2025. I was never notified of any delays. When it arrived, the box was all banged up and taped excessively. This, to me, does not live up to the name "CleanFreak." What on earth happened/

The website is to easy to search and order the items you need. The shipping is a little pricey but we only need 1 product, so if we needed more items Im sure it would have been more reasonable but otherwise totally happy. Shipping came sooner than expected.
