Paul helped us for 3 hours, moving out all our stuff from 2 separate flats and then up two flights of stairs into our new flat. He worked super hard, with no complaints despite the hot weather and heavy boxes! Paul was punctual, a good laugh and good value for money; we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

It’s the second time I use CityVan, and I couldn’t be happier! Paul came with a very short notice with his son and they easily lifted and secured my scooter on the van and then gave me a lift to the garage. Paul is kind and extremely professional. Best low cost removal service in London!

Genuinely can not recommend Paul enough. He is kind, courteous, funny, and very well organised. His van is the perfect size for big big loads and he was on time and extremely professional.

After hours of struggle to find a van at short notice ...I was fortunate to come across City Van...who were not just compatible for price but the service we received was second to none. Paul and his son arrived before schedule, waited patiently while my seller prepared the item for loading. They did not only complete the job to our satisfaction but also went the extra mile by helping us to dispose of our old sofa. The whole experience was positive. Big shout out to Paul who’s been an absolutely star for helping me moving house as well as office on a couple of occasions. He’s super friendly, professional, gets the work done nice and fast also with very acceptable rate, can’t expect anything better. I did notice there’s a quite rude review down there which I have to point out I feel sorry for him to have had such a miserable customer whom apparently just want to make other people’s life difficult..
Anyway, thanks CityVan! Highly recommended.

I was recommended Paul's van for moving houses and I am very happy I used his services. He helped me out with loading the van and taking my stuff up to the new house. Besides, he is a very friendly man that chatted with me about music. It was a very pleasant ride and a five star service. It was a pretty average quality service.
+ Paul is definitely friendly and helpful and relaxed. He did what he had to do, with a slowly but surely attitude. He had to move more stuff for me than I initially told him, plus he moved an extra furniture for me from my new place, which was extra work for him.
- I hired, and payed for, 2 men and a van and got 1 and a half men as he arrived with a very young boy, probably 16 or 17 years old, who helped him a bit but slowed things down and he also clearly didn't want to do it!! He arrived almost an hour late, which meant delaying the job and driving through Central London with the traffic of the rush hour. He tried to get the best possible route and we saved some time. Still, I payed extra for the extra time spent in the traffic. Again, it was alright, Paul is a nice guy, works hard, but it is not this amazing service that I was expecting from the reviews I read in here before hiring CityVan.

Paul was amazing and very helpful. It was very easy to book and confirmation was given immediately. He arrived early and helped me load/unload what seemed to me never ending boxes. He has been professional all throughout. No hidden charges too, he was transparent with everything. Highly recommended!!!
