The team at James are great, from the people in the office to the guys who did the heavy lugging on the day. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. The whole situation from start to finish was less stressful than I expected simply because of James Removals, thank you all.

They were on time. They were punctual and precise. They even asked me where to put the bunk bed! As a 12 year old, even I was impressed by the customer service. 5 stars!

We moved from a 5 bed 4 floor house to a 2 bed flat in readiness for an impending divorce and inevitably had a lot of items to go to storage and some to the temporary flat. James Removals was absolutely incredible. Kind, thoughtful, efficient and full of energy. At some point on the last move day I realised I didn’t have enough clothes hanging boxes. Pam in head office had one of her guys drive from Kidbrooke to Highbury in no time. In total James Removals spent 3 days moving us. On the last day we were 3 hours behind schedule but the movers did not complain, they just helped get us over the line.Special thanks to Tony, James and Glen. All the items for the flat are here with us now so they clearly listened and labelled everything correctly! All in all 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend them.

All round professional service. I didn’t bother getting further quotes after making contact with James Removals. Lewis and Louise were brilliant and very patient answering all my questions. On the day of the move Danny, Tony, Richard and Craig ensured everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

I recently moved from Bromley to Cornwall. From start to finish I had a positive, supportive experience with this company. All staff I had dealings with from those answering the phone, to the initial face to face meeting for the quote and finally the 3 amazing guys; Tony, Matt & James who managed the actual move. Everyone played their part in a polite, professional and very supportive manner to make this exhausting, emotional & stressful experience a more positive & successful one. I cannot praise James Removals highly enough. My very elderly mum was moving from her London home of 60 years to a flat in Dorset. James Removals made this experience as comfortable as possible for her and she is so grateful for their support, as are the rest of the family. A big thank you goes to Glenn and Paul in particular, and also to Paul, Paul and Wayne.

The packing, loading and unloading was all done swiftly and carefully, with no damage or breakages. All the team were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Glenn and Paul who ensured that Mum was able to sleep in her new home on the first night, which made the whole experience much more manageable for her.

The team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and treated all our belongings as if they were their own. Moving house is usually stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and worry-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly, positive attitude made a huge difference on a long day. We would 100% recommend them to anyone moving home and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. James were excellent from start to finish. A competitive price (for a complex move from UK to France), personable people and wisdom from back office. The movers were very considerate and inventive in suggestions for packing things. The true measure of a service company is what they do when things go wrong. James sorted some unexpected bouncers with aplomb. Good work Garry and Frank and the rest of the team!

The team were fantastic! We used the full packing service and we couldn't fault them. The team moved us from Greenwich to Ashford in the pouring rain without complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, we were really happy with the service we received.

The removal guys were very professional, friendly and adaptable.
Pam in the office replied to every one of my emails almost immediately and sent out packing materials quickly and on multiple occasions!
