I've used Paul at CityVan 3 times now to move various pieces around East and South East London. This has ranging from a king size divan to an arcade machine down to boxes and mementos. Always punctual, helpful and careful with the move I can't recommend him enough.

Unorganised and didn’t show for the job. Tried to blame me. Then become very rude when questioned as to why he didn’t attend. Attempted Hire of 2 men and was told only had 1. I arranged help and had furniture waiting to be told “no” when I asked if it was still going ahead.

Has since contacted me, making various threats regarding this review.

Paul saved the day for our family today, after a disaster with an IKEA delivery nearly left us with nothing to sleep on.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had moving in London or anywhere for that matter -- and I have moved a lot! They were nice, professional, helpful, and they got all of my stuff out of my house and into my new flat in record time ! So impressed ! Was able to book on the bank holiday as well - booked on Saturday, moved on the holiday Monday. Thank you Paul !

Although I didn’t end up booking with this company, I was very impressed with their prompt response and willingness to arrange next-day service (after a different company cancelled on us), especially so close to Christmas. The communication was quick and professional, and they clearly prioritise customer needs. Paul was very friendly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them in the future or recommend them to others.

Paul stepped in for a very last minute removal for an artist at the V&A museum. He was so efficient, great communication and handled all items with care. Would definitely recommend for any removals!

Paul was able to collect and deliver a sofa for me with less than 24 hours notice at a very reasonable price, and was transparent and quick to communicate at every step. He and his colleague even handled collection of the sofa from the fourth floor with no lift without me being there as I could not make it. Overall a fantastic service and will certainly book again.

Used these people for my son’s move as I couldn’t be there to help They were totally brilliant from start to finish. Everything went like clockwork, and they have a real can do attitude, overcame every obstacle to get everything done like clockwork.

This was honestly one of the easiest, most stress free moving experience of my life. Paul was fantastic, he showed up 5 minutes early, everything was loaded with care. He even took some young plants of mine in the front seat so they'd get some AC! Communicated throughout the trip as I was meeting him there, and the unload was just as easy! He's lovely, reliable, and has absolutely earned every one of these 5 star reviews!

He made something I wasn’t looking forward to an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be using him again and genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
