Shoes
Bought online and unfortunately didn’t suit. No trouble taking it to a shop to get a refund. Staff were lovely. Delivered in less time than I thought

Shoes…
First Shoes I purchased for my grandson were too small so bought a second pair in next size up but they were obviously labeled the wrong size as they are smaller than the first pair. Overall the shopping experiences were easy transactions and speedy deliveries.

Two of my items are too big and have never gotten a receipt or a pathway to make a return and now I'm stuck.
Once I have written this review I got contacted by City Beach customer support team, they have provided me with the order number and I successfully returned my items.
