Was a lovely man booking my holiday. I explained it all to him & he was very helpful. We love Italy.....Having a car taking us to the Hotel & also back is a big help as I've got Arthritis. Booked Seats on the planes as well. This is the second holiday with Citalia. Hope its as good as the first one.....

Everyone is so knowledgeable about Italy! They are able to advise, and support from an "idea", to a provisional plan, adapted to personal requests and then holiday quote. Once booked they are only a call away from reassurance and peace of mind. Only when you actually come home can you appreciate the true skill of Citalia! Never disappointed!

Artan is absolutely brilliant. He fully understood our requirements and provided all the information we could ask for in a very helpful way. He makes booking our holidays with you a delight.
