Great to deal with!!!
Katie, the Citalia Agent, was welcoming from my first phone call, not pushy, happy to advise and listen to our "wants" and her communication was excellent, kept in touch via emails and was very knowledgeable about Italy overall. The itinerary offered was different to elsewhere and more of an adventure than a holiday.
