As I expected when I first purchased something from Cinco, the quality and design and simply beautiful. I am already more than happy with my collection.
I had a problem with one pair of earrings, and after I spoke with them, they send it to repair and I had them back fixed and perfect after just one week. So I recommend the brand, fully trusted!

I recently purchased a gorgeous pair of earrings. Upon arrival, there was a small issue with them. Cinco customer service responded promptly, and replaced the earrings. This was my first purchase, I will continue to purchase from Cinco. Beautiful pieces, and excellent customer service!!

I bought 3 items after seeing a collaboration with Ali Andreea on Instagram. They were all nice at first but unfortunately a) one of the clasps has broken and b) the coating is fading on another. With regards to the broken clasp (making it unwearable), I contacted customer support 3 times before I got any response, and although I described what had happened and sent a picture (could have sent a video) support refused to replace the single broken earring and insisted I had to pay the post them back to Portugal where they are now stuck with Portuguese customs. I appreciate Customs is not within Cinco's control but I feel this heavy-handed approach to a quality issue is not well handled. I now would not buy any further items from this brand.

I am a huge Cinco fan for quite a few years now. The quality of the products is amazing, the design is so classic and timeless, yet with a modern twist to it. I always get questions regarding my Cinco jewellery. I own so many of their pieces and each of them is so unique. And the customer service is AMAZING. The respond time is so quick, the communication is personalized. Whenever I reach out to them, it feels like I know the Cinco customer service team personally.

I've been a customer of the CINCO store for a few years now and I can say that the quality of the products is excellent (value for money), and the design of the new pieces (without becoming a fashion victim) is a concern of the brand, which is minimalist but tasteful. Amazing quality jewelry, quick delivery and great customer service. I have bought several pieces from Cinco and I have always been very satisfied. The last one, in particular, a necklace from solid gold with three little diamonds is outstanding.
