Excellent en point de retrait et suivi du colis

As in many cases, I was waiting for my order to be delivered at my house during the slot planned and communicated by Chronopost
In the end, noone showed up, nor contacted me or left me a text message to warn me that they were to delivery the package.
They left the package at the Postoffice arguing that there was noone at my house to reception the package.
That seems to be the usual trick used by Chronopost to speed up the delivery process and not bothering delivering at the home address requested.
A shame and their website is designed so that you can't leave a complain. By the way, their bot is really crap

1. this delivery person never appeared my permise.
2. My delivery keeps delaying
3. I don't know when I'm going to receive my package
4. There is no detail explanation why package didn't arrived at my premise.

Absolutely terrible company to ship with. Would NOT recommend. They lost my luggage and failed to confirm this until a month later. They were not easy to communicate with at all. And had to fight for them to refund me. I shipped a suitcase with allot of nice clothes and they only would reimburse me if I had receipts of those items which I’ve had for over 10 years. Absolutely ridiculous.
In the end I found a few receipts after allot of searching and only managed to get 200 euros in return. And this whole process took about 5 months to get the money. Terrible company.

I was supposed to receive a delivery today. The driver called me when he arrived at the door of the building and I told him that I was coming straight away and I had to take the lift to meet him, he told me that he only had one minute to make the delivery. When I arrived on the ground floor he had already left.
Appalling service!

One of the worst and unprofessional company I have ever seen. They take good money for fast services. They fail to deliver it. They also fail to say sorry. They also manipulate systems according to their will and finally your package is lost somewhere in Finland with no refund no support and no ownership for the past 10 months

I wish I could give less than 1 star .... bought something from France on E-bay ... never again ... living in the UK I thought Royal Mail was bad, but 3 days to leave Paris ??? and tracking says package is now in Oldbury, Im assuming West Midlands, but its been there 2 days too and Ive not heard from them either .... what a total and utter waste of time this is... I would have been faster travelling there and picking it up ... useless, inadequate, slow service and a terrible company .

Did not notify of attempt to deliver. Did not sms. Did not email. Did not call. Did not deliver.

UPS should take notes!! Thanks Chronopost for always delivering.

If they were to replace these humans with chimpanzees, the result would be the same, except you'd be spared the lies and empty promises. Unacceptable. Stay away from them!

Very fast and without problems.

Chronopost is a criminal organization that steals the packages from people. They mostly employ ex criminals and they open and steal the packages and do not deliver. Do not use them. It happened the same to our package EE011889106PE delivered from Peru to France. They took it and kept it for 3 months and claimed it was on customs, and then they figured it out that there is no package anymore. Would totally not recommend.
