I purchased a Nolan 120-1 helmet as my selection, and an N-Com B902R bluetooth communication kit for the helmet on their recommendation. I paid $65 FedEx expedited deliver.

The items arrived on 2/28. The helmet was obviously an open box unit, hang tags were clipped and placed in the box, the box was not in great shape, the helmet was not damaged in any way.

The N-Com B902R was missing the keypad "E" keypad adapter required to mount the set to the helmet.

I immediately contacted their customer service by email and by phone. As requested, I sent pictures of the kit parts I received, pictures of the helmet where the adapter is required, the URL for the Nolan instruction Video for the Nolan 120-1 helmet B902R install. I forwarded the part number for the missing piece, information I secured from the Nolan Group in Italy. Dead air response from ChromeBurner.

A second order I received, a riding jacket and pants, the jacket was new, the pants were crumpled up in a plastic bag, badly wrinkled and with all tags removed and not in the bag. The pants actually looked used.

Chrome Burner personnel are very polite. In all communications I initiated, they asked questions, committed to get back to me that day, but nothing but dead air as a follow on.

So, in summary:
ChromeBurner sells open box and returned units as new without notation on their site.

ChromeBurner sales and customer service personnel do not know the products they recommend or sell.

ChromeBurnder customer service is nonexistent and they do not stand behind a sale.

After giving up on them, I contacted an Italian motorcycle accessory reseller on e-Bay. They immediately knew what part was missing, the "E" keypad adapter, and they shipped the part the same day. $58 part and shipping out of my pocket for a ChromeBurner problem. Never again.

Great service, fast delivery and after sale experience very good. I would definitely shop with them again and would highly recommend them. 10/10.

If you think on buying something from this shop be advised. If you have problems with your item under warranty period, they will discard it and provide any kind of excuses not to replace the item. You have been warned!

Size I can not believe so small would only fit a child and the cost to send back something that is totally size so wrongfully I can’t believe this company can do this not happy at all

I had issues with determining the sizing for my jacket, but Jinse L was incredibly helpful and patient getting me sorted, in answering my inquiries and sending the extra jackets back. Unfortunately, it didn’t end up being as good a deal as had I just gotten it right the first time, but that’s the gamble of buying online. Would have been nice if the back armour was in stock as well. Will definitely use ChromeBurner again in the future.

Re the Urbane MK3, I normally buy large, but according to Knox's sizing I was Medium. Their sizing is correct and very pleased that it fits great! And Wow utterly fantastic on a hot day, getting used to using layers now. Thanks Chromeburner - Excellent Service

ChromeBurner had two helmets in stock that aren't available in the U.S. The shipped price to the U.S. was less than similar models of the same brand's helmets here in the U.S.

Shipping was fast! Received from the Netherlands to California in just a few days with no hassles.

It has been almost 4 weeks since i placed order. Still have not recieved goods.

Great prices and quick shipping, but stock is never a guarantee. It seems like Chromeburner frequently is out of stock in the size I need. Shipping cost to the US is also usually prohibitively expensive compared to other European moto gear sites. But when you do buy from them, you get what you ordered quickly and much cheaper than from US retailers.

The goods arrived very quickly and were exactly as i ordered. All the processes worked seemlessly. The tracking was excellent to follow the delivery process

Terrible customer service.

Be carful. Good website, loads to choose from, however!… I’m in England and they ship from Netherlands. I returned some items and they charged me £130+ in taxes to ship abroad. I won’t use these again!
