I had the same bad experience than Alison Lane. They don't mention or show diffent size chart on the order page for Dainese jackets. Jacket was shipped from Germany and that where I returned it on my expenses, after talking to German sister company. Very, very rude customer service demand return to Netherlands but friendly customer service in Germany agreed on Germany address for return, since it was shipped out there. Chromeburner Netherlands delayed refund via PayPal on purpose, even jacket was 3 weeks returned, but PayPal saw Chromeburner Netherlands at fault and refunded in my favour. Good job PayPal and biker-outfit Germany, bad service Chromeburner Netherlands.
Regardless what they respond here, they lie, I will never ever buy there again and never recommend them.

I am glad PayPal saw the mistake with them as well and decided in my favor. As I saw it coming, no insight on their mistake.

Don't worry, I won't ever order again, that's for sure. I hope that others see it as well. Others complained about rediculous return policy and wrong size charts also. Nasty customer service and nasty employees. I don't care if you add another lie. That shows your nasty character and your nasty customer service. Shame on you.

Ordered a helmet from ChromeBurner with some trepidation from the UK, checked out reviews first and gave it a punt.

Glad I did, not only did I save about £60, I also had the new lid in my grubby mitts within 60 hours. Outstanding. Will definitely order again.

Ordered leather jacket, gloves and helmet from ChromeBurner. Most of the items got delivered within the same week when the order was made, however one of them took 3 week (not the store's fault as they shipped very quickly, issue was with the delivery service).

The customer support were extremely helpful with enquiries.

A couple things to remember when you order:

1. Pick FedEX over standard delivery option, which is PostNL. PostNL is notorious for being slow.
2. (Australian) If possible, split your orders so that you get above the threshold for free delivery, but still under $1,000 so that you don't get charged with import tax. Both of my orders were around $750-800 each, and were NOT charged with import tax.

I ordered the wrong size item. I e-mailed them for some information on shipping and returns. The e-mail was prompt and the resolution was great! I have bought more then a few items from them over the years and all transactions have been great. The right item, and very quick delivery to USA.

Chromeburner stated the wrong price on the customs declaration which resulted in me having to pay additional fees which was wrong, spoke to customer rep Roemer Struik who told me there is nothing they can do, quite stupid to put the wrong price on the declaration then say the customer is wrong.
Avoid this company if you don't want the hassel of wrong UK import fees

Bought a jacket from Chromeburner NL. fantastic customer service, great deal and fast shipping. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had a very small delivery issue and Christof sorted it out within an hour. For UK based buyers defo check these guys out!

Recently I had my Shoei RF1200 stolen off my bike from my garage so I was looking for a new helmet, and quickly as riding season is upon us! I decided on either a Shoei NeoTec III or the Schuberth C5. ChromeBurner had the best price anywhere online for the Schuberth and it was in stock and ready to ship. Given that the difference was about $300cdn I decided to pull the trigger and go with the priority FedEx shipping. I received notifications within hours that my package had been picked up by FedEx and within two days it had made its way from the Netherlands to Canada. Absolutely unbelievable service! I am waiting for a re-stock on the Schuberth SC2 so I can set up my new helmet with the communication system.

I needed to exchange my riding boots for a larger size and the process was seamless. The boots needed to be returned from Australia and the exchanged boots arrived in a timely manner.

Incredible pricing and really quick shipping. I purchased a pair of side adventure two gortex boots and selected the cheapest shipping option to the US which only ended up taking a week. The boots are brand new and don't have a mark on them. Only complaint would be that they probably can sell at this price because it looks like overstock or old inventory. I ordered in 03/2024 and the boots were made in 06/2023. Overall for the price, I couldn't be happier and will certainly come back

Bought a pair of armored jeans from them, as they (along with many of their other items) were on sale. Shipping was $30 however, from the Netherlands to the US, but the item arrived in a timely fashion.

Not Happy at all. Ordered a pair of very expensive Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months ago.

Have only received 1 case and never received the other. They won't give a refund because (they claim) it might arrive someday. (!!) So I have 1 case of a pair and am out $400. :(

This will be my one and only experience with Chromeburner.

Bought a bagster seat cost £290 pounds chromeburner advised that you might be charged tax/duty on their website. If I'd known it would be another £70 pounds on top of the £290 I would never had bought it, feel like I've been ripped off by this company. Will never use this company again.

It is always great shopping at Chromeburner even though i live in Canada. All the gears I bought are exactly as advertised. Chris at customer care is also of great assistance. I will shop here again and again. Thank you

Ordered a jacket and gloves from ChromeBurner as they were by far the cheapest online for the goods I wanted. The site is well laid out and clear, making ordering a breeze. The goods arrived very quickly from Holland and were exactly as expected and described, what more could you ask for. Special mention to Christof at customer services as well for sorting out a minor delay with the courier once the goods had arrived in the UK - not ChromeBurner's fault, but they stepped in to sort it out on my behalf. Highly recommended and will be using them again.
