We are very disappointed to read this review and would like to correct some of the statements made.
We do not sell fake or counterfeit products. We work with established bathroom manufacturers and suppliers, and many of the toilet seats we sell are genuine manufacturer products or clearly described replacement/alternative products. The suggestion that everything we sell is "fake from China" is simply incorrect.
Regarding your return, customers are entitled to return eligible items in accordance with our returns policy. Where the correct product has been supplied but a customer chooses to return it, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. If we have made an error and supplied the incorrect item, we cover the return cost.
We're sorry that you were unhappy with the product you purchased, but we do feel it is important to correct the inaccurate claims made about the products we sell and our business.

Super duper toilet seat shop.
I did a google search for a new toilet seat and found Choicereplacementtoiletseatshop.co.uk
A fantastic website with a huge inventory of different seats.
I ordered what I thought would be the right seat for my Imex ceramic lavatory.
The new seat arrived via Royal Mail 24hr service the next day.
Sadly, the seat was totally wrong and did not fit.
I contacted the sales department to advise them of my error, and I was told that it wasn’t a problem, just send it back for a full refund (minus the postage as it was my error).
I spoke with a young man called Charles in the technical department, and he asked me to take various photographs of my lavatory.
Within 24 hours Charles got back to me and confirmed the exact model and order number that I required.
If you require a new toilet seat in any shape colour or style, then this has to be the go to shop.
Highly recommended and a great online shopping experience.

Cracked toilet seat for a discountinued range replaced
We had purchased a light green toilet with a house extension 37 years ago. It was not a standard shape but looked particularly good in the room we had designed but it had no indication of the make or origin. Recently the seat cracked. We discovered that we could only find a white seat which fitted which would have looked dire. Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop found the range and the exact seat shape and were able to provide a new seat in a ivory green which matched well. They saved us having to replace the whole toilet. Choice Toilet Seat shop was efficient and very quick to respond. I would recommend them.

Each toilet seat on this company's site has very instructive measurements; measure yours carefully and you're away! I couldn't find one the same as my existing one anywhere, but the one I purchased from this shop is really good quality, a good fit and as nice to look at as a toilet seat can be! Delivered as described
The toilet seat was correctly identified via submitted photos and delivered in the predicted timescale so happy with that part of the service.
Not so good was the label saying that if the clear sealed item was opened then it could not be returned. It arrived already torn open! I was fortunate that the seat was the correct one, otherwise a refund might well have proved problematic.

Good quality and service.
The website made it very easy to find a replacement toilet seat for our toilet that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The seat is a better fit shapewise than the original seat and has a smooth soft close action. The seat moulding is very good quality. It was easy to fit and align the seat using the alignment tool supplied with the seat. The top fitting plastic plugs used to secure the mounting pin bases fit the holes in our toilet, but do allow a little more movement than the original fittings which had metal captive nuts and a claw to secure the hinge pin bases. It was difficult to feel when the replacement plugs were tight compared with the original fittings. If the movement becomes a problem, I will replace the plastic plugs with rubber or metal top fit plugs to get a more secure fixing. Overall a good quality replacement seat and fixing package that was delivered speedily.
