Good company to do business with
Good company to do business with. Ordered a seat for a 20 year old Villeroy and Boch toilet which are now difficult to get hold of. Unfortunately, we ended up buying two at the same time so I had to cancel one. The customer service was great and understanding and issued a full refund within a couple of days as they said they would. Will use again if the need arises.

Fantastic service from start to finish! A friend of mine told me about the site, as I couldn’t identify the type/model for a replacement toilet seat . I tried submitting a query online, but when I called - sorry I didn’t get the ladies name. She explained where I had gone wrong with my initial online request, she then emailed me a link. A quick email to David (technical) with the pictures and measurements and within 30minutes he had responded identifying the make and model needed . I have just purchased 3 replacement seats for the house thanks to choice replacement and their very helpful staff.
