A very disappointing experience.
I traveled all the way from Bremen to Hamburg specifically to submit my Chinese visa application, arriving at around 2:00 PM. Before leaving, I checked the opening hours on Google Maps, which indicated that the visa center was open until 2:30 PM. However, when I arrived, I was informed that visa applications were no longer being accepted. As a result, my trip was completely wasted, costing me several hours as well as significant travel expenses.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the published opening hours were inconsistent. The information on Google Maps was incorrect, and different official sources also showed conflicting opening times. It is very easy for applicants to be misled by this. I sincerely hope the visa center will update all published opening hours promptly and ensure that the information is consistent across all platforms.
In addition, my experience with the customer service was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was not particularly patient or willing to assist. I also learned that the visa center no longer provides printing services, even as a paid option. For applicants who need to make minor last-minute changes to their documents, having at least a paid printing service available would be a simple but valuable convenience.
I hope the visa center will take applicants’ feedback seriously, improve both its information management and customer service, and prevent others from making unnecessary trips because of inaccurate opening hours.

Got a visa with wrong validation
I applied for my daughter and me a multi visa for two years, but got a two years visa for me and an one year visa for my daughter. I had extra made a new passport for my daughter because I want a two years visa for her. Her old passport is valid till October 2020. So now I had to pay for her new passport and a new visa in one year! I tried to ask the person in fitt to change it, but I did not get any feedback....
