We had a great experience with Cheetah Cars for our transfer from Heathrow Airport to our Airbnb. The driver arrived on time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful the driver was. He didn’t just drop us off—he got out of the car to check the house numbers and made sure we were at the correct property before leaving, which we really appreciated after a long flight.

The booking system was also excellent. We received regular updates, and being able to track the driver’s location on the way to the airport gave us peace of mind.

Highly recommend Cheetah Cars for their reliable service, excellent communication, and outstanding customer care!

My driver was wonderful and polite, and even helped me with my luggage which was SO appreciated. My driver was wonderful. Timely, helpful, patient, stayed in touch on WhatsApp, friendly without being overbearing. Truly a terrific experience.

However, we also booked a car from hotel to St Pancras Station for 5 pm. The people on chat kept checking for us and assured us that he was a couple of minutes away - at 5:15! So we went outside the hotel with our suitcases looking around frantically.
Turns out our driver was across the street and down the block. I don’t know when he arrived, but we never got a call or text, the chat person gave us a description of the car to look for (ours was one of the five or six indistinguishable black cars parked across the street) but no license plate number. We were, naively I guess, expecting a car to pull up to the hotel. We finally noticed someone across the street had rolled down his window and was waving at us. He never even bothered to get out of the car to get our attention, much less pull up to the hotel when we were out on the street with suitcases anxiously looking for a ride.

The two experiences were like night and day.
Top marks for driver who picked us up from very busy Heathrow.
Negative marks for what should have been the much easier pickup from quiet hotel to St Pancras station to catch the Eurostar. We made it by the skin of our teeth.

I’d like to think the second experience was an aberration. I believe that driver when he said he tried to call, but he was very late, parked inconveniently and not very close when there was an area for pickup directly in front of the hotel, and made almost no effort to catch our attention.

I have used Cheetah Cars for some time, with generally good results, but my recent experience on 2nd. June
means I am unlikely to do so again. It was a tube strike day and I had a hospital appointment, so ordered a car to take me there and back. I was quoted £16.50 for both journeys. The trip there was absolutely fine with an excellent driver.
When the car due to bring me back had not arrived I called Cheetah. In fact I called them 4 times in the next 45 minutes. I accept there were traffic problems, due to the strike, but on each occasion I called I was told the driver would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. What I could not understand is why neither the switchboard nor the driver could either text or call me to tell me what was happening, despite constant promises. I had no alternative but to wait for the driver to arrive at the hospital 45 minutes after the allotted time.
What added insult to injury was that when I finally got home I was told by the driver that he had been told to add a surcharge of £5 because it was a tube strike day. At no point during my many calls to Cheetah was I told this, and I refused to make the extra payment. When the driver at my request checked the position I was told quite curtly that they would check the tape from my booking to see what I was quoted. There was no acknowledgment of the length of time I had been kept waiting, the lack of proper information I was given or my vulnerability as a patient being picked up from a hospital. I thought this was sharp practice. I raised a complaint with the Company on Wednesday 3rd. but there has been no acknowledgment or reply. I can only conclude they don't want me to use them again.

Cheetah Cars offers such a good service! Driver was on time, friendly and offered service above and beyond what was expected. Six stars!

Excellent caring driver

Friendly, Courteous Prompt service. A mile away from your normal Cab experience. Prices are competitive and Driver /vehicle selection is very good.

Nice service and professional

I've been using them for years and they've been reliable. Today they were 20 mins late for a ride to an important work meeting. I'd prebooked for peace of mind so I wouldnt be dependent on public transport. However due to their driver issue, I was more stressed than I'd ever be on the tube. When there was still time for me to make it by tube and I said lets rather cancel, they told me it would be 5 mins. When I called again they said 5 mins. Then the driver had wrong destination, argued with me about it, refused to take me to where my booking was because he had an airport pick up. Cheetah said they had refreshed the destination and driver's map was wrong. I had to get out and walk in heatwave. I arrived 35 mins late to my work meeting. Not only do I feel lied to, let down and angry - but their condescending customer agent told me I was, 'one of their nicest customers' so I should be understanding that their original driver's issue had become my problem, basically just suck up the awful service, and accept being late due to their failure. No response to my request for compensation by way of apology. That's the end of the road for your 'nicest customer'.

Cheetah cars are excellent, we were taken to the airport and collected on our return. Polite and professional service.

Prompt pick up, clever traffic route avoiding traffic, comfortable large car. Booking easy good comparative price.

So far I am very pleased your drivers are polite charming and very helpful driver 66 stood out I had to go for a procedure at the hospital I was nervous the driver made me feel totally at ease and even came back to take me home again I in fact phoned in to thank the company on my return home.

The driver was a humble and helpful gentleman, very polite and very good driver.
