I booked a flight for my 12-year-old…
I booked a flight for my 12-year-old daughter to go from Chicago O’Hare to Athens, Greece by way of Frankfurt Germany. Tickets were issued and an unaccompanied child fee was paid. I got to the airport and got my boarding pass for her. And somebody from United said “how old is she“. The boarding pass was subsequently taken away from us and there. I am at the airport with 12-year-old girl packed excited ready to go to Gries just to be told. Sorry kid no kids allowed. She can imagine how I felt after booking my tickets with cheapoair that I couldn’t send my daughter where she deservedly was to go.
I will never use cheapoair and I urge you to do the same because you will have problems you will not foresee. This is a lesson bought.

Unable to validate reservation for this review. Per United Airlines website, United Airlines allows unaccompanied minors (UMNR) on international flights, but they must be strictly nonstop flights on United or United Express. No Connecting Flights: United does not accept unaccompanied minors on international itineraries that require a connection; the flight must be a direct/nonstop route. If this ticket was booked online, it is the customer is responsible to know the airline rules for UMNR of 12yrs old to travel on international flights, which we do not control. We are sorry to hear of your daughters disappointment.

They charge different service fees…
They charge different service fees depends on your method of booking. When you book with agent on phone they charge you 6 time more then if you book yourself online. And not even tell you about it, After numbers of calls I got back (finally) just 60% of overcharged service fee and still I paid $80 more then if I book it online. And you can not get rid of them even after. Calls and e mails with tons of silly offers.... Never again

Agents are very rude and hostile
Agents are very rude and hostile they don’t want to explain anything to you. The agents were upset because I had questions about charges and changes that were being made to my account that I didn’t understand and charges that I didn’t understand such as post booking charges, etc. The customer service is horrible. They don’t want to hear a repeated question. They stay silent then ask so what would you like me to do.

Never use Cheap0 air if you want to get…
Never use Cheap0 air if you want to get there at a set time. They have changed my flight arrival time 3 times now I do t arrive with my group I am meeting and will have to find a separate ride so not to make every one wait 4 hours for me. This is the second time I have used them and the second time they have changed my flight later. And if I want to pay more money to cancel or change my flight great. Which defeats the purpose of booking in advance for a less expensive flight. Cheap o air you suck. Cheap 0 air says it's not their fault it's the airlines blue sky but it is amazing I book through others and this doesn't happen.
