Recently purchased a petrol tiller from cheapmowers. There was a slight issue with delivery which I had to call customer service to resolve. They dealt with the issue promptly and proactively (calling me back when they said they would, and keeping me informed at all stages of the resolution). The tiller was delivered successfully today. This great example of customer service, combined with the fact this was the most reasonably priced tiller I could find to begin with, is an excellent overall shopping experience despite the minor hiccup!

Really good company with great knowledge, answered all my questions regarding an Ego battery powered mower.
Will be dealing again, as I want other accessories for the mower.

We ordered a rotavator from them over the phone for next day delivery like they promise. They were quick to take payment but it didn’t arrive. The day after I rung them and got a lengthy explanation that their courier service had changed things without them knowing. Really ?? Because it’s Easter we won’t have it delivered now until next Tuesday. They shouldn’t advertise next day delivery if they can’t do it. Will never order from these again

I phoned several times to make sure that I was buying the most appropriate lawnmower and extras for my particular needs, and they (I talked mainly to James) took the trouble to answer in detail and advised expertly. I wanted to purchase some battery powered garden equipment and eventually decided on the EGO brand after doing some research.
Cheapmowers looked like the best option for me to order from and have come up trumps. They gave me good advice prior to placing my order, and the order and delivery process was very slick and within their timescales.
The equipment appears to be of high quality and sturdy. Not had chance to use the lawn mower or hedge trimmer yet due to weather, but I've used the blower a couple of times and am very impressed with its ability to shift leafs from my patio, even when they are very wet. The battery performance is really good and has met my expectations following the advice that James gave me on the best way to use the variable speed blower to get the most out of each charge.
I am really impressed with the whole service I experienced from the Customer service team and would highly recommend this company.
I don't write many reviews, but feel that good service should be rewarded.
My only slight negative is that the courier did not contact me to confirm a delivery date, but Cheapmowers had confirmed it would be 1-3 days from the dated of dispatch, so there were no real issues on their part.

Ordered a 60V Greenworks mower and extra battery. It came promptly, but could have done with some communication from the courier so I knew which day it was arriving.
Unfortunately the battery charger was faulty but James was quick to reply and organise another to be sent from Greenworks. Great customer service.

I have just purchased a mitox hedge trimmer 26lh.... Used the other day and would not cut small privet hedge..... Very poor . waiting now to return said tool but had no reply from chespmowers ....
Have used this company before with no problems....but this machine should not be on sale ...

This matter has now been sorted and money's all refunded.... Prompt action taken ..will use this company again thank you .....

Could not recommend this company enough. I brought the wrong lawnmower battery and they changed it within days, well done James and thank you. We will be back when the current lawnmower packs up.

My company purchased an Hedge trimmer from this company. 35 days after purchase it packed up having been used twice.

You would think this company would offer an immediate refund or replacement, but no. They only do this up to 30 days from purchase.

We have had to (at our expense) take this to another company to get it checked over. They have said the gearbox is broken and this item is in fact rubbish. Cheap Mowers will WONT refund.

No apology or replacement offered but they will fix. No sympathy they just are not interested.

We would NEVER EVER use Cheap Mowers again.

Go to John Lewis or Amazon etc, and no fuss as they look after their customers.

We intend to contact trading standards about this.

I went all the way and bought an EGO Power Plus LM2135E-SP Cordless Lawnmower. The sale included an extra free battery and cover. Had a problem with the manufacturers Quality Control but Cheapmowers made the warranty process super easy. They are selling great products and provide outstanding after sales service. Ten Stars to this family run company.

Just bought a Webb WEPWT petrol wheeled trimmer from Cheep Mowers. I used it yesterday, and what a fantastic bit of kit it is. It cut through the long grass and weeds like a hot knife through butter. I wish I’d bought one year’s ago and saved my aching back. Excellent service from Cheep Mowers.

Bought a ride on for £3000 which they didn’t have in stock then they cancelled order unsympathetically now had to wait days for money to be returned- rubbish service for me this time

Bought a Hyundai HM430SPR mower from cheapmowers.com January 2022. Though I'd give it some time to see if I liked it. I must say that I consider that I had a good deal from cheap mowers and overall I'm very impressed by the machine.

Next day delivery claim is a load of tosh.
Ordered on 5/6, assuming this would mean delivery on 7/6 allowing for having ordered on a Sunday. With an email stating my order was shipped on the 6/6 this also lead me to believe the order would come on the 7/6. Email said the delivery time could be any time 9-5.30pm... so we waited... all day 7/6; all day 8/6... phoned on 9/6, agent unable to give any tracking info, but advised if I phoned the following day they'd be able to tell me when to expect it. Unimpressed so far but did as suggested.
Agent also informed that due to the double bank holiday this was the reason for the next-day delivery not happening as couriers were catching up on a backlog.
When phoned on 10/6 was told it was on the van for delivery that day.
On arrival, checked label... the shipping label wasn't even printed until the 9th.
Hmmm, funny how easy it is to blame couriers for your own failings.
Don't believe everything.

I purchased a Cobra mower and the machine was delivered the next day which was excellent.
On unpacking the machine I noticed that it did not have a choke/throttle and was somewhat confused as the information received/photographs and video on the website implied that it should have one. I emailed cheapmowers and the response was immediate. They even phoned me the next day to confirm that the machine no longer required a choke as all current machines had automatic chokes.
I therefore am extremely impressed with not only the quick response to my query but also the fact that they bothered to follow this up with a phone call .
