The shirts themselves are great…
The shirts themselves are great quality, but unfortunately, I've had issues with both of my orders. On each occasion, half of the items sent were the wrong size and didn't match my purchase. While returns are free, it’s still a frustrating hassle. The company really needs to step up its quality control and packing checks to ensure customers actually receive what they ordered.
Out of the 4 slim fit medium shirts ordered, 1 was large, and one was extra slim fit.

Thanks for getting back to me and clarifying the fourth shirt, I must have been misled by a stock email notification on that one saying my size was in stock when apparently it wasn't.
However, your response didn't address the issue regarding the initial packing mistake, where an entirely incorrect size (a large) was sent out instead of a medium. I don't appreciate you brushing this off as "didn't fit as expected" it was flat-out the wrong size sent by your team.
While I appreciate the free return process, I hope you can have a bit more care and accountability moving forward.

This should not have happened and we can see you have already exchanged the Black Linen shirt from your first order for the size Medium that should have been received originally.
With regards to your most recent order, two different fits were ordered, one Slim Fit and one Extra Slim Fit, as will be shown on your order confirmation.
Unfortunately, the Teal shirt has now sold out in Slim Fit Medium, so we are unable to offer this by way of exchange. Checking your orders, four shirts were indeed purchased - although only three were in Slim Fit. The fourth (a Pale Teal Green) was actually ordered in Extra Slim Fit. So you did receive the correct item. Sadly, we don't have stock of that item in Slim Fit so can't offer an exchange, but we have waived the return fee if you wish to send it back for a refund instead.
While it's good to know that you appreciate the free exchanges we offer, we appreciate that any return can be a touch frustrating and are sorry that one of the shirts didn't fit as expected. We will be sure to pass that information through to our Products Team for further review.

Misleading prices or misinformed staff??
I went in to CTS in Oracle in Reading, picked up 3 of their Men's linen shirts on sale on Instagram advertised at £29.95. Lovely quality, thin linen which I like. A young lad and young lady serving who refused to honour these prices. They told me this price is for new customers only!
2nd time I've had this from them - never shopping at CTS again! I went specifiy to buy them as the Boss equivalent is £129!!!
I went back to Boss, bought theirs. More expensive but no deceit over their prices and top quality. Really had with CTS!!

Thank you for acknowledging my complaint however I can't see that harvesting my personal information is going to teach your staff.
It is a flagrant breach of UK trading standards to advertise your products at a price for which they cannot be purchased.
Also you mention that this is an online offer, there is no information in your Instagram post to suggest this is exclusively for online purchase.
You did exactly the same thing last year when I went into your branch in the new Bracknell shopping Centre. So having had it done to me twice, I have no more interest in buying from you which is a shame because I have purchased quite a few shirts from you in the past, but I just find you dishonest

Used the Chat program to contact C-T. Received response almost immediately indicating that I would be contacted the next day to resolve my issue involving a payment mistake that I had made. The next day I was contacted by C-T as promised and my payment was resolved quickly. It proved to me that C-T has great customer service.
