Charcoal Clothing has become my absolute go-to for all my office wear. Their styles are clean, professional, and most of the time, fit perfectly. The quality feels great for the price, and every order... See more

Super kind and communicative employees! Also amazing quality items! No piling, and I've worn the pieces at least 10x already.
Charcoal clothing is great quality and big bust approved.
everything was great especially the quality but shipping took a little while
Everything is accurate description! Super cute. Love everything
Scammers they stole my money. I ordered more than 200£ worth of clothes and its been 4 months and it never came… when i contacted them several times they told me theyd get back to me and never did..
The quality is as it seems on the pictures. You get pretty much what you expect
I’ve ordered from Charcoal Clothing several times in the past and had generally positive experiences, which is why this most recent order (#081114015710718) was such a disappointment.
The quality of the items has taken a noticeable nosedive. The fabrics feel cheap, the construction is poor, and overall the pieces feel nothing like what I’ve received from this brand before. It honestly feels like a completely different company compared to the one I used to recommend.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from customer service when concerns about product quality are raised. When loyal customers point out that the quality has clearly declined, the expectation is that a brand will take that feedback seriously and stand behind their products.
I had previously recommended Charcoal Clothing to several friends who are also young professionals looking for something Aritzia-adjacent. After this experience, I can’t confidently recommend them anymore.
There are plenty of other Australian brands out there that actually have their quality and customer experience figured out. Unfortunately, Charcoal Clothing no longer seems to be one of them.
Very disappointing overall.
I've bought from here on multiple occasions. The clothes fit well and the quality is nice.
Great company and fantastic quality
Everything seems to be nice quality. The real test is how it washes up.
cute jacket and the quality seems fine. i had a horrible experience with customer service. cute clothes but i wont be purchasing again.
