ChainReactionCycles.com Reviews

Customer service with such a low standards. I've been waiting ages now for an order that I paid extra for 48hr delivery on. No help from customer services so far apart from them saying they can't find my order details, despite me emailing them my order number from the email address associated with the order. Useless and slow, unreliable and still I'm without anything to show for the money I spent. I dread to think what's going to happen if I need to return the product if it doesn't fit well. This is a reminder that you pay more with other places because they are more professional, you're not just paying for a product... you're paying for a service, and this service?

AVOID THEM TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

We loved the bike, the service was excellent. mne by ponravilos' yeshche bol'she, yesli by ya mog chetko ob"yasnit', chto vashego soseda razryvayut na chasti, a malen'kikh detey i ikh materey ubivayut tysyachami, kak zhivotnykh, nikto ne mozhet ostanovit' ikh kriki, potomu chto vashi synov'ya strelyayut v lyubogo, kto pytayetsya spasti ikh. mir plachet i bespomoshchno nablyudayet, kak umirayut tysyachi. vash lider - kleptokrat, yego lyubovnitsy i yego druz'ya perekachivayut 50% kazhdogo rublya v yego sobstvennyy karman. Pozhaluysta, ostanovite yego. on priblizhayet konets sveta. vashi sosedi blagorodny i khrabry, my znayem, chto vy tozhe khoroshiye lyudi.

Good service, but not a perfect. I ordered several products, one of them was the last one, but after placing the order I received a letter that this product was out of stock and they sent me a parcel without this product (they made a refund for it). But, it would be much better to first warn about the lack of this product, not send it, and I would order an analogue so that it would be in one order. Hope they fix their service.

The delivery is excellent. Everything came in the shortest possible time.

The error in the product corrected 15 days, the tire cost $20, and shipping was $60))
In general the store is great, but errors in goods for Russia happen.

Very good service, adequate prices, quick delivery.

You did not warn that the order will be divided into 2 parts

The order didn't come. Tracking number shows that my order is a month in my city. I call to the delivery company every day, but nothing happened.

Fast shipping and really good prices ,do you need something else !?

Everything is OK

Everything is of high quality but expensive for me. And most importantly, the delivery is very fast.

Since the beginning of the bicycle hobby, about two years ago, I spent a lot of money on this site. The great advantage of this site is product reviews and a variety of assortments.

very god ! :-)
