Poor choice

For an "indian street food" outlet there was no choice at all for vegetarians. In this day it is impossible to understand the thought process behind serving the clientele they aim to capture

Have been going to tooting Chaiwalla for a few years and most time it’s good but today was terrible .I asked for onion and tomato and green chilli omelette wrap without cheese repeated this three times and they had added cheese which doesn’t agree with me at all .Also the roti was raw and doughy .weirdly they know me and know my order but still managed to get it wrong .also the sausage roll was very lukewarm warm and the hot cabinet was not on .i have already given my feedback to them

The shop ( Liverpool) has a nice…

The shop ( Liverpool) has a nice ambience with cozy chairs and beautiful wallpapers, but is this really what a chai shop should be offering when the name and menu are built around a culture? Unfortunately, this is the most disappointing chai experience I’ve ever had. Instead of authentic chai, they served a sweetened drink that hardly resembled it. The snacks were equally underwhelming.

Maybe for someone who has never actually tasted real chai, this might pass as the norm, but it risks giving people the wrong impression that chai is just a sugary drink — which it is not. I left truly disappointed. Chai is more than just a beverage; it’s a cultural experience, and this shop failed to capture that essence.

Just went to Chaiiwala in Dudley and was served by a lovely young girl Rhea who was very professional and very polite. She bought our food to our table and was very attentive in ensuring that our order was correct and asked if there was anything else she could help with. What a wonderful young lady!!! You should be proud of the customer service that your staff provide. Thank you so much Rhea, you made our visit a very good experience.

Chaiiwala - Birmingham Airport - Disappointing

Chaiiwala Birmingham Airport
Really disappointing, visited Sat 30/8 morning, airport not overly business.
Ordered English-ish breakfast as looked lovely. What a surprise, food was hardly warm, toast just warm bread (brought it back and server knew before I asked what I wanted. Cane back and just toasted one side of the initial toast which was already buttered so half still not done and the other half crispy from being already buttered).
Servers miserable, no happy face or morning smile, when they quietened down three of them sat noisily chatting.- not a great look.
Bins overflowing, tables not wiped down.
First experience of Chaiiwala, likely my last and recommend you give this place a miss with so many better choices around.

Chaiiwala Milton Keynes [Centre MK]

Chaiiwala Milton Keynes [Centre MK]

First time visiting today and we will be going back. The food was delicious and authentic - hot and beautifully served. We had the breakfast menu.

The whole establishment felt very clean and the table was spotless, even the edges of the table which is a pet peeve of mine. No tables left laden with debris or dishes from the previous customer; every table cleared promptly.

The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were served by Ahssaf today and he was perfect, just the right amount of attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner.

We can thoroughly recommend Chaiiwala Centre MK and we will be going again very soon to try their main menu.

Thank you for a great first experience.

Appalling treatment of disabled people …

Appalled at the treatment of disabled customers at the Fosse Park Leicestershire branch - my mum visited with her disabled sister and requested an extra paper cup with her drink as her sister is unable to comfortably and safely hold a cup of hot tea. She therefore has a valid need for a second cup, which every other establishment rightly obliges them with.

A staff member advised my Mum that there would be an extra charge for this. When my Mum explained the reasons for her request, the staff member gave her a paper cup, first saying there would be a charge and then saying but the manager wouldn't allow this in future.

This shows a disgusting and unacceptable regard for customers with disabilities. The staff and leadership team should be ashamed of themselves and clearly need to undergo some professional training.
