Ordered new Lunar collection for my boyfriend bday. Recieved email said its gonna take 7 weeks. No information about it before complete the order. Okey. But after week and smth I got my payment back to my account. Asked directly on instagram whats happening. Answer was that support team will get back to me. Its been a week since message and still no answer. Dunno what to think about you guys.

Received the Inside Out T-Shirt and Longsleeve. Loved both of them. After first washing they fit perfect. Unfortunately the logo was not central and crooked.

finally ordered an item from the new collection. arrived fast - nothing to complain here. unfortunately for menthe quality does not match the prize tag. i bought a hoodie that smelled lile it has bathed in chemicals. thrown into the washing machine and got a little better but it will never become a favourite item. had some stuff on my wish list but might never re-order

Andra Boboia is the Man in support who immediately helped me. I had tried for several days to take advantage of a discounted purchase. Couldn't get it right. My cards the Internets, The information I was using nothing worked !

When DHL managed to lose my package during shipping the C'est normal customer service was fantastic! Response time and solution was great, and looking back on earlier orders the quality and shipping have all been excellent!

Love the design!, but hate the quality of the products, unfortunately.
J90-GunMetal-sunglasses amazing design, a great paper box, and a sunglasses case (just beautiful-different) but the quality of the lenses - is not good. The worst thing about the lenses is when you get light behind your back, it reflects a violet color from the lenses on the side of the lenses before your eyes (crazy!). Just can't imagine who is pleased to wear them with this error?!
And with C'est Normal clothes were for me the last time I bought them a full zip hoodie collection (it was unfortunately just so low-quality clothes!) The bottom of the tracksuit became loose on the knees and butt after a day of wear, just awful. I still love the design of the clothes, and all the small details they use and think of, but would never again buy them. I now tried with sunglasses but wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Anyway, thank you Jon for all your YouTube videos and life inspiration!

Shop here if you know for sure that you do not need to return the product. The fit is a disaster on the women's clothes, then needed to return and the options are SEK 99 regardless of weight or return it yourself which was SEK 69. Plus I already paid SEK 50 for shipping. That was the last time I shopped at C'est normal,
