Just what I wanted in stock, delivered promptly.

I bought a Shimano 105 crankset 50/34 with 160mm cranks from the app. Certini were £20 cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery within 2 days on standard P&P. All in all excellent service & product

Recently bought a rear shock mounting hardware kit that is fairly hard to find somewhere else, and the price is incredibly lower compared to another online shops. Fast shipping too.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Certini for over 10 years. They are my absolute go-to for Specialized kit—I currently own five Specialized bikes, four of which were bought directly through them. Their stock is great, the team is very knowledgeable, and their physical stores are fantastic.

My latest order was no different in terms of fulfillment: the item was well-packaged and dispatched promptly (opted for delivery, though collecting from Bristol was an option).

However, I’ve docked a star due to a recent customer service interaction regarding a Cycle2Work (C2W) purchase. The bike was advertised at one price, but listed higher when purchased through the C2W scheme. Understanding how scheme fees work, I politely enquired via email whether any small discount or accessory might be possible for a long-standing customer buying yet another bike.

The reply I received was curt, abrupt, and essentially amounted to "you're already getting enough discount on C2W." It felt dismissing, as if asking the question was an insult.

It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Given my long-term loyalty and the fact that C2W scheme guidelines generally expect retail pricing parity, a little courtesy or a polite explanation would have gone a long way. I’ll still use Certini for their great stock and product knowledge, but the customer service tone on this occasion was disappointing.

I was able to order the spare part easily off the website. Arrived 8n the post earlier than expected.

As a newly established bicycle repair shop, I don't have the luxury of having the money to go to the big distributors or store a lot of stock. I came across Certini Bicycle Co on the Internet with really good prices and a promise of prompt delivery. I wasn't disappointed orderrd late Thursday night and the parts came Saturday morning. I hope as my business grows ill get to know the folks at Certini Bicycle Co better and order lots more from them. Keep up the good work it's fabulous from a customer point of view. 100% recommendation from me.
