Worst company ever. Ordered oil with good price, as the prices went sky high before I had it delivered on the delivery day driver decided that my tank is unsafe to be delivered, never spoke to me , I wasn't aware that it wasn't delivered, find out week later of my neighbour whom he was discussing it with . When I spoke with support service I was told my tank is unsafe, the person is highly trained and my tank is unsafe to get the oil delivered. Nevermind they delivered without any problems 3 months prior, the tank is as it is for last 20 odd years. This lady been keep saying that she cannot do anything
Very disappointed with this company
It is safe as the company which is servicing my boiler and tank confirmed and different company had no issues with the tank and seen there is no issue. Tank is stable on safe ground

Punctual, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Thge only thing I'd quibble about was the price of the oil.

I have been a Certas customer for about 18 months and has cause to get in touch to resolve an issue today.

In these difficult times of price fluctuations Certas are getting more and more difficult to get a price from. When the Gulf situation started I was charged £141.06 a litre plus vat. Way over other suppliers in the Brecon area. I have been with the same supplier since July 2002 up to the present day and that is Certas and its previous companies. Loyalty…?

I give 5 stars due to the quality of the delivery. Drivers are always very positive, nothing is a problem even though I am mid terrace and the pipe has to go though my next door neighbour and over a wall.

I was informed the day before the delivery that it was about to come and it came at the time I was given. Certas delivered on the basis of previous order patterns . In my case this was excellent as I could well have forgotten to top up had they not done so

Certas energy's quote for a 1000 litre of premium oil was £1100, so I got my oil from Home fuels direct for the same oil it was £739.20, although this company is Certas Energy. So how can you charge a customer so much more if ordered from Certas energy direct which I made the mistake of doing for years and yet use the name Home fuels direct and get it from the same lorry the same staff oh and the same company so much cheaper. I only bought it as it was cheaper than all other companies, doesn't mean I will buy next time. You never know when the oil is actually being delivered, even after leaving a note saying we need to open automatic gates, turned up at 7 in the morning. If we had known the oil was coming we would have been up and waiting. At least the driver waited for 5 minutes or we would have missed it

Home heating oil is always expensive. But ordering via Certas is easy enough. I like that im kept up to date with the delivery

Driver arrived on time and was friendly and respectful of my garden and plants.
