The member of staff was very helpful & took the time to listen, discuss and help with providing the best price/deal possible to secure our business.
We alway's try getting prices/deal's from a few other supplier's when we are looking for our heating oil, and cannot believe how poor some of the other company's are, and they just don't seem to try/care to achieve your business.
The Certas driver's are very friendly and professional, and alway's take the time to have a little chat.
Well done Certas, alot of your competitor's could learn alot from you.

Was supposed to get free kerosene additive but nothing arrived.
Update, had a call from certas re this review.
A nice gent said he was going to sort things out and then transferred me to a woman who hadn't got a clue what was going on, very rudely asked why I was calling her !!!

The oil was a good price and they didn't charge extra for a smaller tank. Delivery was in less than 1 week.

Loyalty waivering.
Despite being a customer of 20+ years they always quote a crazy price for Kerosene. It would be nice for them just to acknowledge my loyalty for once. Their quote always means I have to shop around to get a better quote from another provider. This is time consuming, they know how much discount they can offer me already.
Maybe I’m old fashioned but I still value loyalty and consistency
